I am very nervous of the dentist in general. I had an appointment with Amy the hygienist. She immediately put me at ease, explaining everything she was doing before doing it. Checking that I was coping all the way through the experience. My teeth are amazingly clean now. Amy made the whole experience a good one. So thank you for your caring nature and professional work.

I recently had a tooth removed at the Smile Boutique by Dr Saumya Sharma and nurse Farah. I have to say the service was outstanding, they was both kind and considerate when approaching the subject. Not only that they seemed to have a passion for what they was doing so I felt like I was in good hands. The practise also called me later on to see how I was getting on and if I had any concerns, I would recommended Smile Boutique to anyone

Friendly, polite and welcoming staff. The atmosphere is calming and relaxed. The dentists are experienced, and professional, with a caring approach. The Smile Boutique offers a wide range of services at competitive prices. I've been a patient at The Smile Boutique for a number of years, and I wouldn't consider changing to any other surgery. I would highly recommend them.

I will start by saying that I am a very nervous patient having had terrible dental treatment earlier in life. I cannot recommend The Smile Boutique highly enough, I am halfway through an extensive individualised treatment plan and have had no pain either during or following my treatments. The staff are both very efficient and fully put me at ease. It has been very easy to book appointments, with very reasonable waiting times given the covid crisis. Five Star service.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years due to a bad experience a long time ago. From the first appointment, as I crossed over the dreaded threshold, the staff made me feel welcome. They mopped my crying eyes with calm and gentle understanding and then worked with me through my anxieties and worries. I’ve had fillings, Invisalign, a bridge and am now attending regular appointments worry free and go about life with a happy smile, finally showing my teeth!

I went to this dental practice initially as my teeth were moving and was referred to their periodontist Dr Saumya Sharma. She diagnosed me as having gum disease and although very frightening i cannot praise her and her assistant enough. I am still undergoing treatment but she explains and listens and although sometimes the treatments are not pleasant she fulfils me with confidence and I know I am in excellent care in the treatments I am getting and her ability and knowledge. If anyone who is like me doesn't really like going to the dentist and has had bad experiences I can only say thank you Dr Sharma as you not only provide excellent service but have helped with my anxiety and have given me a positive experience of dentists. Excellent service .

I've been going to Smile Boutique for about 10 years and found them first class. A couple of years ago I had a cycling accident and broke my hip making it difficult to get about. The Smile Boutique set up a room on the ground floor so I could still have my 6 months checkup and hygienist appointment without struggling up the stairs. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend them.

I've been a patient during 2019 and have seen Dr Johns for Invisalign treatment. I've loved the experience, it's been a really positive time, everything is explained well, waiting times minimal and fabulous technical work and detail. Questions are answered without hesitation. The warm welcome, provided consistently by Emma, Patient Care Adviser, is exceptional and she sets the standard for the practice with her warmth and credibility. I've met Lindsey the Practice Manager too who goes out of her way to be helpful and positive. Jo, Dental Therapist glows with enthusiasm and it is a joy to be treated by her with her phenomenal care and delicate skill. Thank you x

There's a few similar reviews already but the way they conduct their business just isn't professional and left me feel annoyed after spending so much money. The final result was amazing but the service completely let them down and for that I won't be going back. The dentist never seemed to know what service I was actually there for and on several occasions the assistant had to tell her what it was she was doing! I turned up a few times again not knowing what I was actually having done and not knowing what was needing to be paid, even after ringing beforehand to confirm.

Would like to highly recommend Dr Saumya sharma (gum specialist & implantologist) at the smile boutique Peterborough as the treatment i have received from her is second to none, very professional, puts you at ease, talks you through all of your treatment step by step & makes sure your comfortable. I've had a gum operation & an implant recently done by Saumya, as a nervous patient about going to a dentist anyway was totally relaxed about the whole process, wouldn't ever worry about going back again to see Saumya, she made it a positive experience for me.

I think Smile Boutique have been the best experience I’ve had at a dentist starting from stepping in the door, having my free consultation & my two appointments after. I haven’t always been the most confident at the dentist because of past experience however I felt completely at ease in every appointment. I found the practice to be very professional and allowed plenty of time for my appointments and wasn't kept waiting maybe only a minute or 2. I saw Mr Johns who explained the treatments I needed and answered the many questions I had about what would happen during my appointments. The reception team were very reassuring when I arrived. I went to Smile for veneers because I had a virtual patchwork of different veneers and fillings on my front teeth. Over the last month Cristina has removed the original mess, given me amazing temporary veneers that easily lasted 3 weeks and today I've had the real veneers fitted and they are incredible. Like proper Hollywood amazing. I am so happy ❤❤❤

I have been to this clinic several times. I had quite a bit of work done, and i can say that i will always be a customer. The dentist, Dr. Cristina Isorna Suarez is very good at calming my nerves down, as i have always been scared of dentists. Until now!! I am now confident i will not feel any pain and the work is outstanding. After i had my urgent work done i decided that i wanted nicer teeth and Cristina showed me her previous work and the results are fantastic. Could not recommend enough!

I have never liked any dentists since a bad experience as a child. I needed treatment after a filling fell out and breaking a tooth. I was recommend to Smile through my insurance policy and chose to stay with them. Convenient location, extended opening times, really friendly and welcoming staff who understand the needs of the patient. At nearly 40, I have finally found a dentist I like and actually want to visit.

I had composite bonding and contouring at the clinic to enhance my smile and give my teeth a more even look. Dr Cristina Isorna Suarez did a fantastic job. She is highly skilled and very professional - an absolute perfectionist. She explained the procedure in detail and saw me numerous times till I was happy with my final look. Also a big thank you to Emma and Farah for being so helpful and answering all my questions.

I recently had extensive reconstruction of my bite involving 23 restorations carried out by Dr Cristina Isorna Suarez. Mine was a large case and a big decision I made after many years and differing recommendations on how to manage my badly worn teeth. Cristina's approach was very conservative and for the first time I could make a well informed decision to go ahead with treatment. The whole process took almost 2 years but Cristina was extremely patient, professional and completely transformed the function and aesthetics of my teeth. An absolute perfectionist I really cannot recommend her highly enough. As a regular visitor I also find the whole team to be very professional and friendly. I’ve been visiting Smile Boutique in Peterborough for around 2 1/2 years. A 20 year spell of being absolutely petrified after a bad experience at a Dentist in Bretton Peterborough I visited Smile Boutique with a real fear of attending and huge nervousness. My Dentist Cameron soon out me at ease and has looked after me throughout my visits. He has a very calming bedside manner, very professional and very friendly. I’ve had a few appointments to correct my teeth including and extraction, my worse nightmare! I honestly didn’t feel a thing throughout! I’ve also had a 3 old metal silver fillings taken out and replaced with beautiful white ones. I can not recommend Smile Boutique enough. I have absolutely no fear any more of visiting a Dentist. Amy the Hygienist is superb also. Lovely personality, very approachable and friendly. A pleasure to have my teeth polished every few months. All the work I’ve had has been in my opinion very reasonable cost wise and to a very high standard. I have a Denplan which helps out with the cost over each year. I’m not due back for a few months and look forward to my next visit. If your worried about Dentists, stop! Don’t worry any more! Go and see Smile Boutique!

Just had a filling done by one the dentists there Dr Kamran Ahmed. I had such a pleasant experience and would recommend him to absolutely everyone! I am very nervous when it comes to dental treatment but he managed to put me at ease and do a great job. The nurse Lisa was brilliant, too! Definitely come here if you're after high quality cosmetic dental treatment and outstanding patient care.

After seeing other dentists in the Peterborough area I was recommend Smile Boutique by a friend. I have had a wonderful experience, the staff are extremely friendly and go out their way to help you. The treatment I have received has been of a very high quality and I’m extremely pleased with the outcome.

Dr Cristina Suarez is an excellent dentist and I would recommend her unreservedly. Originally referred to the Smile Boutique for implants these were not suitable for me. Cristina carefully explained other options. Once old and leaking fillings had been meticulously replaced a denture was designed and fitted. Confident in Cristina's approach, manner and professionalism I enquired what could be done to improve my front teeth, particularly the very worn lower set. Cristina accordingly came up with a plan to whiten and improve the look of my front teeth and smile. Part way through this treatment I cannot thank Cristina enough, ably helped by her dental assistant Farah.

I contacted the practice by email to ask about their services, I was contacted almost immediately and an appointment was arranged. Staff were friendly and I was made to feel valued. I felt that I was listened too which I felt my previous dentist didn't do The treatment options given were very clear. Very happy with everything

I would recommend Cristina from The Smile Boutique. She has helped improve my confidence 1000%! I had a large gap between my two front teeth which has made me feel so sad conscious and lack confidence. At the age of 35 I decided to sort it out so I could feel better about myself.
