I visited this place for a dental procedure today on12/04 2022. Dr Sailaja and her team are competent, professional and caring and I was explained about the procedure and regarding after care measures. As a consultant psychiatrist myself felt that they are sensitive to patient’s feelings and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The place is neat, hygienic and clean. I thank the team (apologies for forgetting the names of the staff) for the treatment offered to me and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to any one.

Had an Issue with 8-9 chipped teeth which were sharp pointed and were hurting my tongue and occasionally bleeding due to cuts, visited couple of dentists with no proper suggestion and only expensive procedures, as a last try visited Whittlesey Dental Care though I was a bit sceptic but the friendly staff made my visit so comfortable, the Dentist upon looking at situation, discussed suitable option and treated in the first visit, she also did a quick check-up for my 6 year old who accompanied me. I will not hesitate to recommended this Dental practice.

Preceding to my visit to Whittlesey dental care, I have tried a few other dental practices including both in NHS and private. However most of the time I felt to some extent not pleased or satisfied with their treatment and advice. Since I have been to see Dr Sailaga Gali, and I have visited so far twice for my dental care, I can open the state that the treatment has been exceptional, outstanding and commendable . The practice followed strict COVID-19 guidelines and I certainly felt very safe to be in the surgery during this unprecedented time. The staff were all so welcoming and hospitable with lovely ambience inside the surgery. I was reminded off my appointments through text. Dr Gali assessed and conducted a comprehensive examination prior to the treatment. She addressed my concerns and felt listened to. She explained the procedure in detail and clarified my questions before the treatment. The treatment was seamless with excellent after-care. Dr Gali is professional compassionate, reliable, highly skilled and diligent in her duties and her care towards her patience. I cannot endorse sufficiently for a great consultation and treatment. My dad was having a very tough time with a severe abscess in his teeth. Dr Gali promptly treated and gave him a new lease of life. We had been to several dentists prior to this but no one gave such keen attention and her work is commendable. Every member of the team conveys a sense of calm reassurance: from my arrival in the reception area through to consultation and treatment, at every stage, I was treated with friendly courtesy and consideration. Great care was taken to schedule the treatment as soon as possible. During the treatment sessions, I can honestly say that I felt no pain – it was all carried out so skilfully. There was never any sense of being hurried – and yet everything happened swiftly and efficiently. This dentistry is fantastic! The staff are incredibly pleasant and friendly. The dentists are extremely professional and reassuring, the nurses are very thoughtful to your well-being pre/post and during a procedure and the receptionists are very happy and always greet you smiling. Overall, this dentistry offers fantastic service and you can tell that everyone there thoroughly enjoys what it is they are doing.

A belated review but maybe better for the wait as I can review the procedure a few months following completion. I had implants with a bridge fitted some months ago. The care I received during and post implants was superb and certainly could not be faulted. The finished result is better and more comfortable than I could imagine. As I require further implants I have returned to the Practice to commence the work required. I can highly recommend Dr Gali & her Team to anyone considering implants or general dental care.

Delighted with my fitted crown which completed my treatment started pre-pandemic. The Covid safety precautions here are second to none and professionalism permeates the practice. Although seldom mentioned in the news, the work done by all dentists, allied professionals and their staff during the pandemic has been tremendous under very challenging circumstances and deserves to be applauded. How amazing services of this dental practice provided, excellent treatment and care, friendly warm and welcoming staff. I had a fear to go to the dentist before, when I went to the consultation assessment, they are different to the other dentist that I visited, they were very friendly and make me so relaxed, just like talking to a friend rather than a dentist. I had decided straight away to use this dentist for my six months smile treatment, it was less pain than I thought, the clear braces looks great, although it had catched my lip few times, but after over a year and half, I had competed the plan, my teeth have straightened, I am very confident with my smile and my teeth looks very nice, it was all worthy. Sailaja Gali, my dentist was so professional throughout the period of my treament - invisalign braces and whitening. She was patient throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I contacted Whittlesey Dental Care as i'd not been to a dentist in over 10 years and a recent broken tooth needed sorting before it became troublesome. I went in for a consultation and everything was very efficient and friendly and the staff there are all very welcoming and put me at ease straight away. I ended up having a crown and a filling which involved 3 visits in total, everything was explained clearly and carried out with no pain and very little discomfort ! I Signed up for the monthly payment & treatment plan also as I was so happy with the service received and i am confident that my teeth will be in better shape than they ever have been now that they will be looked after here !! I would recommend anyone who has a fear of dentists to go here! Like the other comments I'm petrified of the dentist & haven't been for about 15years. I knew I needed to go & get my teeth done & I promised my late wife that I'd do it. Today I had a filling done, I still can't believe I've had it done. So, I am your typical nervous patient. The kind that only goes when I have actual pain. I tend to be fine even up to 2 hours before my appointment, saying to myself 'its the dentist, you've had a baby, it will be fine' but then my fear takes over and I start to shake cry and act like I am about to under go torture! This was me yesterday, and I know if you have a phobia of the dentist you can relate. However, the ladies in Whittlesey Dental Care were amazing. They were patient, friendly and really calmed me down. I felt like a bit of an idiot after my extraction as well I have to admit, as I felt no pain what so ever having my injections and then the tooth in question out. There was no rush and I was given a lot of support. I know I need to go reguarly for me to not have any problems in the first place and I am certainly not cured and will be the same nervous wreck the next time I go, but I now know I will be helped through my next appointment and will be more willing to just get on with it. If you are scared of the dentist then go and see these ladies, they are fantastic at what they do x

What a wonderful Dentist, been looking for a good place for years and then find one on my doorstep, the 4 Lady's are wonderful and very professional in their work, recommend them to everybody, the practice is very modern and clean, went to see them after being quoted by other dentist and they gave me a full quotation after a full inspection that was needed, did go through with treatment plan, not quite finished at present but treatment to date very good and makes me feel more confident when talking to other people, thank you lady's so much for giving me that smile that is required for a confident smile, don't know which lady to thank first, but I might end up trouble with the rest of them, so well done to all of you and keep up all the good work and I hope the business go's from strength to strength Regards Chris Irvine.
