I echo all the other positive reviews. If you're reading this because you're considering dental implants, don't hesitate to come here. I coudn't be more pleased with mine, it looks completely natural and infinitely better than the gap. Dr Vali gives you the all the options available and explains every step in detail. He and Sam look after you very well throughout the process, which was completely pain free (yes, really). It may sound strange when talking about dental treatment, but it was actually a very pleasant experience!

The whole team at the Dental Implant Centre are fantastic and show huge empathy when you need it most! Often having treatment is a long process and sometimes painful or upsetting but Vali and his team look after you brilliantly and make sure you understand all your options. I have just had two implants fitted, I had a bone graft and an unexpected infection along the way but I am delighted with the finished job and really pleased to be smiling confidently once more. It would be easy to just say that Vali and his colleagues do great work, which however deserves far better. These people have been amazing to me. In fact, you can tell just how appreciated of a dentist Vali is just by the collection of 'thank you' cards in the waiting lounge. It's worth pointing out, I have been afraid of dentists after traumatic experiences. Despite that, my PTSD and sudden panic attacks, Vali has proven to be incredibly patient, adaptable to my needs and even caring. He willingly purchased numbing gel so I would not freak out when it came to injections. I have yet to meet a person who enjoys needles in their gums. Regardless, I have never had a safer dentist, which means a lot to me. There was one period where I stopped coming for several years. Honestly, I was worried Vali would be cross with me for that. I needed an emergency appointment for my painful wisdom tooth, they booked in for that week (no other dentist in plymouth would take me for an emergency appointment). Where do i start, i set up a dental plan with vali as i had never taken care of my teeth, i had endless problems, 7 months on, plan completed and WOW, i have the perfect smile back, my gums are healthy, overall health of my mouth completely changed. Opted for getting my teeth fixed over therapy. 6 months on from finishing treatment with Vali, content with my gnashers and working towards affording a check up and clean as well as orthodontic treatment Definitely recommend Vali to nervous patients. I would almost fall asleep in the chair. He's old school with his technique at points - wisdom tooth removed with just a bit of numbing and leverage. It lives on my fridge as a souvenir amongst the magnets. He put me at ease throughout the months of treatment plan, they were very professional and adhered to Covid guidelines to the letter. Vali's advice to avoid all sugar is impossible and the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the advice is not realistic. I have quit smoking, I am flossing and I also use a water pik in between meals when I can, mouthwash, my oral hygiene is much improved and I have mostly cut out processed sugars. I use the concentrated toothpaste before bed. Looking forward to my check up and seeing how I have done 😊

I felt the care from from Dr Vali Mirzayan has not only been first class but there has been attention paid to any emotional reservations I have had about the procedures as implants can seem daunting when you are making decisions . I felt that my feelings were listened to , the treatment care plan was tailored to my needs and I was kept informed at all stages of procedures which was reassuring and has led to a robust sense of trust . The whole payment plan was also clear with no hidden costs so I will certainly be back for more implant treatment should I need any in the future.

Vali has been my dentist for quite a few years which started after I discovered some of my teeth were a bit wobbly, my dentist at the time advised removal, not happy with this solution a friend recommended Vali. Ex rays showed my problem was years of plaque built up under the gum line even though I had visited the hygienist every 4 months. Vali recommended a course of 4 treatments and within 6 months my teeth were as solid as a rock. So I stayed with him and count myself lucky. Over the years I have had various treatments (Old age doesn't come without it's dental problems) and even during lockdown he has sorted a problem I had, he will always go the extra mile for you. I first went to see Vali in 2006 because I had several missing teeth and a broken front tooth. My face was losing shape and I was becoming very unhappy with my appearance. Vali advised me that I could have implants to replace the missing teeth. Over a period of time I had 7 implants fitted after which my face was completely transformed and I became more confident and able to smile again, at long last. I found the surgery easy to cope with and I was put at ease throughout each procedure. I would certainly recommend Vali to anyone who feels the need to improve their confidence and appearance because of missing teeth. Since having my implants, I visit Vali for checkups every 6 months and so far to date everything remains good, the implants are still perfect.

Valli has such brilliant skills which he constantly keeps updated. He has referrals from many other Dentists who do not have his level of expertise. With Mitra as his Nurse he designed and surgically fitted 6 implants and 3 bridges for me. They work perfectly. The process took nearly a year from start to finish (he had to remove all my remaining top teeth) but his level of care throughout was and remains excellent. Don't believe you can go to Poland and have a good job done in a weekend ! He has seen the unfortunate results with long-term problems.

So happy. Previous dentists said unable to sort a problem with gap between two teeth that meant food got forced in gums, which could be so painful. This caused decay which Val sorted in one session.
