I had not been to a dentist in many years, so was pretty anxious about visiting. Booking in was easy and was able to get follow up appointments quickly. Florin has been so kind and reassuring during all of my appointments, ensuring that I am comfortable during procedures. He has always involved me in my treatment plan and given me the information I’ve needed. I’m really thankful to him for making the whole process of going to the dentist more comfortable!

Excellent! I have just completed a fairly extensive treatment course to get my teeth looking good for my daughters wedding! Despite the rather short time frame, Florin Cret, my dentist, produced a treatment plan that fitted my busy schedule perfectly. His service was excellent, he explained everything in detail at every stage so I understood the process completely. The results are fantastic, I couldn't be more pleased, my smile is looking really good now, something that I don't remember ever having! Thank you Florin, and all the team at Nuvo! I had an appointment at Nuvo Dental with Florin. He has gone out of his way to rectify a couple of issues with my teeth. He even moved things around to fit me in for a quick follow up appointment. His professionalism and customer care are second to none. Can highly recommend!

Orchard dentis practice I’ve been going to this dentist for over a decade very professional clean and tidy. My current dentist very professional and patient with me when it comes to doing x-rays as I tend to gag when they try to place the X-ray paddles in my mouth but the dentist was very patient 5 stars to that man. The surrounding areas around by the reception very basic clean and tidy. There is a ramp from the outside of the building for access if you have a buggy or if Need access for a wheelchair . Thank you very much for being professional.

I’ve always felt comfortable at this dentist, even though I’m not a massive fan of dentists. They always consider how your feeling, while they’re doing your treatments. And they make me feel at ease, even though I don’t always show it.

I was recommended this dental clinic (in particular, Dr Mariola) by my friend, as I am a very nervous patient. The receptionists are friendly. Dr Mariola is fantastic! Really patient and gentle, she made me feel very comfortable. She filled my missing filling which fell out and did a great job (didn't even need any pain relief afterwards) and tailored my treatment to my benefit. Will keep coming back to this clinic.

EDIT * The practice manager spoke to me today and was incredibly kind, very professional and understanding of my situation, she sat down with me and helped me with my formal complaint which i'm very grateful for and the situation was handled very well. Further, Mo my dentist and Char did an incredible job on my root canal and I am incredibly happy with the results! Thank you again for all your help! Extremely rude receptionist hung up on me and made me feel humiliated. She lacked any care about the pain my root canal was causing me and as I was explaining the pain she said "goodbye" whilst i was mid-sentence and hung up on me! I would like to submit a formal complaint over this woman as she was extremely unkind and lacked any compassion and did not listen to me even when I began to tear up due to the pain of my root canal.

I have been visiting this dentist for major dental work and can say that my dentist named Monty is a fantastic dentist and would highly recommend him. Unfortunately he has an assistant which lacks empathy and patient care. I came away feeling let down and unsupported. Her attitude is not desirable. The last assistant was kind and supportive.
