As a new patient to the practice, I was seen by Maia and Vicky and had the most comfortable checkup of my life. I had x-rays taken and Maia thoroughly explained what they showed as well as her concerns regarding my teeth and the next steps to investigate potential issues. Due to Maia's diligent analysis, two of my teeth with hidden decay could be saved. I felt very welcomed by all of the staff at the practice and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Michael and his team are quite simply outstanding. Over the many years Michael has looked after my family's teeth the quality of care and dentistry has always been exceptional. He was amazing with my children when they were younger. No scary dentist experience for them! In the last lock down I found myself in excruciating pain (I'd missed the regular check-up, hygienist due to the crazy year that was 2020) and needing a root canal. The pain was so debilitating I couldn't work, sleep, eat. Michael saw me very quickly, got me on antibiotics so that my mouth could heal before completing a root canal. An experience like that reminds you of the value of having a really great dentist. I am so grateful to Michael and his team. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

When the Covid lockdowns happened last year, somehow I seemed to lose contact with the practice. So much so, that I was even thinking of going back to my previous practice. Out of the blue, I recently had a letter from them, adding that I was still very much on their books, and would I like to book in for a check-up This I did, and saw a different dentist today, as Patrick had returned to Sweden with his family. I met Shariar for the first time, and what a great guy, and fantastic dentist he is. He is very much of the old-school, in terms of bedside manner, but on the cutting-edge as far as dentistry goes. Highly recommended, if you can get him. His nurse was also lovely - Irina from Romania and it was also lovely to catch up with Sharon in Reception. Definitely Plymouth's Go-To dental practice! Very highly recommended!

Great service! I am beyond satisfied with the treatment and how timely the procedure was. I got a filling and could not be happier with the results. The doctor explained everything perfectly and gave me various options, genuinely concerned for what is best for me. This was my first time visiting the dentist in a long time (3+ years, not necessarily something to be proud of at all). Did not feel nervous at all, however, thanks to how transparent and attentive the staff was.

Was extremely anxious visiting the dentist as I knew I needed several extractions and had been putting it off for years. Some people don't like dental visits. BUT I actually quite like mine! I've been a patient at Plymouth City Centre Dental Practice for a while now and feel like one of the family. I'm greeted with big smiles, any questions I have always answered, treatment prices readily available and my appointments tended to with great care and professionalism. I even get offered a delicious coffee and a read of some magazines (motor weekly my fav!) and I get so comfy I just don't want to go back to work! Lovely people and a fantastic practice, well done!

I had a wisdom tooth extraction on a Thursday it took around 20 mins relatively painless and after following the clear instructions given the next few days were amazingly easy and bruise and swelling free. Superb dentist highly recommended thank you Michael so much

I have been going to Patrick for 10+ years. He is excellent at his work and ensures that the experience is as calm as possible. He gives you options and will explain things thoroughly. The whole practice and team is very professional and welcoming.

I recently has a Wisdom Tooth removed for the first time which terrorfied me as I don't like needles and I hate having someone mess with my teeth but Plymouth city dental were really nice and kind and did a professional job and I would happily recommend anyone to go there even students who need a check up.

Generally, children don’t like visiting dentists. So imagine how a group of 9-10 year olds from Belarus felt visiting a dentist in a foreign country, whose language they didn’t speak. However, within minutes of their visit the professional, dedicated and friendly practice staff soon had them relaxing and smiling. This is the third year running that Mikhael of the Plymouth City Dental practice has carried out dental checks on Belarusian children visiting Plymouth for recuperative breaks and each year this has been an unqualified success.
