Went here today for an emergency treatment after being in absolute agony all night. Phoned in the morning as was seen very quickly. The staff here are super friendly go above and beyond to help and really put me at ease. The dentist was an absolute star I've never had such a friendly informative and helpful dentist in all my life. He kept me informed at each step along the way of the procedure as well as taking time to explain things to me before and after the treatment. Really felt like he did a smashing job at sorting me out very clearly fantastic at what he does. He was very considerate of my financial restraints and overall was just an absolute delight. I have so many good things to say about my experience today and would highly recommend this place.

If there would be an option for 100 stars I would give it for Dr Jose. I was struggling with the pain for 4 days, and two visits in a other dentist. He saved my life just before Christmas where I would not have any option help due to bank holidays. He has done his job perfectly, explained everything and pain went away straight away. Raf and Katie, the lovely team at Smile Care have looked after my dental needs for over a decade now. This is really what visiting the dentist should be like for everyone. Jan's also the on site hygienist and will keep you entertained as she cleans in places you never knew you had ! I first started using Dr Rafal Topolski in 2013, when I was in disperse having lost 3 teeth in quick succession, and trying to live with a plate. I found a very caring staff and a very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding dentist offering excellent value for money,. He explains everything including options, and there was never any pressure. 9 years later with all my implants very much in place I went back to have another tooth replaced, and had the same excellent service. I would recommend Dr Topolski to anyone wanting implant treatment.

Spoke to the practice yesterday about teeth whitening and potential alignment, booked in to be seen same day. Teeth whitening moulds completed by Jose who also gave advice on alignment. Booked in the following day to see Jan the hygienist who is absolutely lovely and performed the most thorough hygiene procedure I’ve ever had! Then back in Monday with Jose to collect my whitening moulds etc. All I came into contact with, from the reception, nurses, practitioners have been friendly and professional. Highly recommend, a very well run practice with swift and efficient customer service.

Best dental treatment We’ve ever received! My 11 year old daughter had to have a few teeth removed and a root canal . Following a sailing accident in 2017, I was referred to Smile Care for implant surgery. As an already nervous dental patient, it was with some trepidation that I turned up for my first consultation. Right from the start, Rafal could not have been more reassuring. He took the time to explain the full range of options available to me, produced a personalised and fully costed care plan and, most importantly, carried out all the work and subsequent aftercare in person. I can't speak highly enough of the professional care that I have received and continue to receive from Smile Care. From the cheerful dental nurses (Kate & Tina), through to the comfortably furnished waiting room and on into the spotlessly clean and very high tec treatment room. Whilst I can't honestly admit to looking forward my visits, I can say that the team at Smile Care have made me as comfortable as I believe I am ever going to be when visiting the dentist............

Very professional and friendly staff. I went for a dental crown procedure, very happy with the results. Dr Lopez answered all my questions and he was efficient and paid attention to detail. I also took my daughter for a checkup, which went very well.The premises are clean and quite high tech, they used a 3d mapping scanner. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

I’ve been using Smilecare cosmetic for over ten years now. After trying various nhs and private dental clinics I was never happy with results and Still left with the same dentistry problems and very much out of pocket . I then was recommended to Rafal at Smilecare, he set me up a dentistry plan. And within a year all of my problems were solved and I was left with healthy teeth and gums . I’ve also had cosmetic dentistry with Rafal and his work is amazing . He’s given me the perfect smile . The customer service and aftercare is amazing . I also use the hygienists at Smilecare . They are very thorough and use top of the range equipment, I’ve never experienced this time taken and care in previous clinics . After using a few local aesthetics practitioners I was left with a uneven Botox treatment result . Rafal was very professional and made sure it was all dissolved before he would even work on the area . I now use Smilecare twice a year for my Botox treatment also . And he is without a doubt the best for Botox in plymouth , myself , colleagues and my clients all go to rafal for his professional opinion and natural results . Overall I can’t rate this place highly enough !! Hands down the best .

This dentist was recomended to me after another dentist had broken the top off a tooth when trying to extract it. They left me in considerable pain.
