Wow! Big shout out to Dr Roku and his assistant, best dentist I've ever seen in my 57yrs. Superb professionalism. Also to Mark on the desk for managing to fit me in as an emergency and explaining following appointments etc. Thank you all so much.

I feel really really scared about dentist visits but I'm okay with going to this dentist. I had bad toothache and let him remove my bad tooth. He was kind and the nurse let me hold her hand whilst I was a pansy! Really professional. It's my second time going he did a filling before. I would highly recommend smile dental. :)

Been with thus practice for several years, dentist have changed but only had one bad experience which made me call to request not to see that one again, she has since left. They have always staff have always been polite and professional. Even when they have had to move appointments I've found them to be apologetic and tried to accommodate needs. I am NHS patient and never felt treated different.

They saved my life as i work with people and my anxiety is through the roof due to my teeth chipped, they have helped when everyone else wouldnt. I left my previous dentist due to the poor service they were offering. They weren't bothered about my oral health so I left. A friend recommended Smile to me when they were by the Eastend Business Centre/Park round the corner. That was over 5 years ago. I am soooo very pleased with the service at Smile. They help me take care of my oral health by listening not just treating you. I can ask whatever I wish to and the staff listen and offer amazing advice. The dentists are thorough when examining patients which my last dentist was not. Thank you to the dentists at Smile and all the other staff. The receptionists are very professional. So a big thanks to everyone there.

Took my youngest daughter for a check up, the dentist put some flouride paste on her teeth without informing her or me what she was doing, my daughter got very upset and started crying as she didn't like the taste, the dentist then got down to face her and said very sternly that she has to stop crying. My daughter was 4, this is NOT how you speak to a child who is obviously distressed and upset, especially a child you don't even know. For this reason I've now left this dentist and have registered myself and my two children elsewhere.

Previous dental experiences have worries me about going to the dentist. Cattedown is a great dental surgery with excellent staff. Always make me feel calm and now I don't mind going to the dentist. I had a root canal which was virtually painfree! I couldn't believe it!

Very difficult to get hold of hardly answer the phone, 1 of the dentist booked me in for crowns n filling gaps between teeth rang up to cancel because didn’t want it in the 1st place then they tried kicking me off the list. Apart from that not bad the rest of the time.

Unfortunately my usual surgery in Ernesettle is without a dentist at the moment, but luckily they're the same company.. so went here for emergency treatment instead. Very quick to help me out and sort the problem without any stress whatsover.

Had a tooth extraction today was very nervous after past treatment with other dental surgery's but the staff where relaxing and the extraction was done fast easy with no pain now 4 hours after best I've ever felt hardly any pain won't hesitate to go again thank you
