Today I went to my first appointment and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was very anxious before I went because I haven't seen a dentist in so long, but all the staff I met were so friendly and welcoming and I was put right at ease. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and would highly recommend!

Today I had my second appointment at Dentistry by Cure Clinics and the whole experience so far has exceed all expectations. From the ease of signing up through to getting appointments that are at a time that is convenient to me has been seamless. I no longer have to wait a long time for appointments that usually mean I have to take time of work to attend. When you walk through the door you are met by a stunning environment with state of the art facilities and a calm and relaxing atmosphere. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and took the time to explain in detail each part of the consultation. It is clear every detail has been thought about when creating this stunning new practice! Would highly recommend for any dentistry needs.

Had my 1st appointment today with cure clinics and what an experience. From the minute I walked in I was made to feel welcome by the friendly receptionist who offered a drink. The environment is clean modern and relaxed. I was called through on time. I met the dentist Claire and Stacey who told me what they was going to do.the whole process was amazing from the start. This was my first visit to this practice. The location is superb with an abundance of parking spaces ( Disabled as well). The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The practice is is on the ground floor with easy access to all of the treatment rooms. I received a very thorough examination including Xrays and scan. The results of the scan and the necessary treatment were explained in great detail using the 3D image created with the scanner. The Dentist and her team were extremely professional throughout and I cannot recommend them highly enough and am actually looking forward to my next appointment. Rob

I visited for the first time last week since joining, what a place! First of all, the whole clinic is lifted out to the highest standard I have ever seen in a dental Practice. As soon as you walk in it takes you by surprise at how nice it is! Jody on reception was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. The therapist, Niamh and the nurse, Grace we’re really helpful and made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the whole process which was reassuring. Some of the technology used was really impressive such as the 3D mouth scanner. As a whole, I couldn’t recommend this Practice enough! Faultless throughout and by far the best I have ever been to or seen in the surrounding area! Looking forward to my next visit.

I had my first appointment at dentistry today, usually I am so scared of the dentist but the girls are so reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. This was my first experience of private dental care and I have to say that care I was given by Niamh my Dental Therapist and Lily her Dental Nurse far exceeded my expectations. I was completely put at ease and the procedure they were undertaking was thoroughly explained to me before it was carried out. Not only was my care excellent but this exceptionally modern surgery with its state of the art equipment was awe inspiring. You would not normally expect to feel comfortable in a dental surgery but I have to say that I am looking forward to my next visit and I would strongly recommend that anyone who has reservations about visiting a dentist should seriously consider joining this practice.

Firstly, if I could rate my experience with 10 stars rather than the five we can give then I definitely would do! I don’t have enough words to express my enormous gratitude and thanks to Chloe and the rest of the team for just how well they looked after me. This time last week (27/8) I was a nervous wreck with being petrified of the Dentist. Within a week I’ve had an emergency appointment, a visit to a superb Denture Clinic, a front tooth extraction, a new denture fitted and a follow up appointment with Chloe this morning! I have been put at my ease from the very first phone call to the Receptionist and my appointments with Chloe who was so kind to me , to the point where I wasn’t worried at all this morning. That is genuinely at the age of 59 a first for me. What a credit the whole team is to your business and I will, in fact already have no hesitation in recommending you . I took my 1 year old daughter for her first check up this morning and was so impressed by the experience! The environment is beautiful - super modern and comfortable with wonderful facilities. Getting to the practice was really easy due to the location and we were able to park literally outside the front doors (making life so much easier with things like prams/big changing bag etc!) Niamh and Freya did everything in their power to put my daughter at ease including putting Peppa Pig on the TV screens and rewarding her with a little sticker after her appointment which she loved. I recently joined as a member of Dentistry by Cure Clinics; along with my husband and son. I visited at the weekend for my new patient consultation and the experience was fantastic. It is a lovely clean, fresh and high spec dentist with ample free parking outside. The wonderful Molly-Ann greeted me on reception. She’s bubbly, friendly and instantly makes you feel at ease with when you arrive. She’s a huge credit to the team. My consultation was with Niamh and she too was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and I felt like I was in very good hands. She took pictures, dental scans, x-rays and undertook a thorough examination of my teeth and gums. I was super impressed by the state of the art kit and tech they have at the practice. For one, I’ve never had my teeth scanned before and to see them on the screen and discuss and really visualise my goals was brilliant. Similarly, I’ve never been shown my dental scans and I was appreciative that Niamh took the time to show and talk me through these. The practice have clearly put a lot of thought and effort in to patient experience & comfort. The clinical rooms have 4K TVs installed onto the ceiling so you have something to look at and concentrate on whilst receiving treatment (vibrant calm images of nature). This, paired with relaxing music, helps make you feel comfortable and at ease. There’s lots to love about this dentist and I’m looking forward to comparing my ‘before’ and ‘after’ dental scans after treatment.

Our daughter was in excruciating pain from dental work carried out at a different dentist. Today, at Dentistry by Cure Clinics I had my first oral health check up in over four years, as a consequence of repeated cancellations from my previous NHS practice that I had been a patient of my entire life. As a brand new patient to this practice, it felt like I was given the Royal treatment during my new patient assessment. Dental therapist Claire, and her nurse colleague Stacey, delivered the most professional but relaxed consultation I have ever experienced in any healthcare setting. In fact, I’m not sure I’ve had a better customer service experience in any other setting. The combination of amazing human interactions from the entire front of house team and their clinical colleagues, combined with technology that felt like my previous dental experiences belonged in prehistoric times, left me totally impressed from start to finish. I cannot recommend highly enough that all patients should experience this new approach to dentistry. Went in the moring having not slept the night before at all with pain. The receptionist was so welcoming asked me to take a sit. Asked if I'd like a drink. Now the actual place looks like something that belongs in hollowood stunning stunning. All state of the art non of your normal dentist looking place it is beautiful I was made at ease staight away. Called in to see the dentis went into wht I can only describe as the a state of the art room that u see in movies. The dentist Chris asked wht the problem was I told him he bought my x ray up on a Hugh screen talked me thru it all the recommended wht should be done all the way thru my treatment he talked me thru and before I knew it my thooth was out no pain at all. I will deffo recommend it to anyone who wants a complete experience at a dentist without being scared. Thank u soo much to all the staff for making my experience a positive one I actually slept lol 😂
