Amazing service! I was given an emergency appointment the same day due to severe pain in my wisdom tooth and jaw. I went in and had to fill a form then took me to see the dentist straight away, she was very good, did an X-ray and explained what was happening thoroughly. She extracted my wisdom tooth and I didn’t feel any pain, she was very quick and gentle! After the extraction I was completely pain free! She also explained what do to after an extraction and gave me clear instructions. I’m very happy with the overall service and the dentist!

Went for an emergency out of hours after what felt like the longest few days of my life in shear agony from a troublesome deep filling from my own dentist who was unwilling to help for another week. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, and the dentist and nurse om duty were fab, a real double act, the dentist got straight to the extraction, no messing, made me feel very comfortable in his confidence, stopped when I was uncomfortable and was casual, chilled, great experience. Would love to register when taking on new patients! Thanks guys

I’ve been with ringway dental a while now and when I first started going I didn’t have the best experience, however since getting to know the staff, I can not fault them, they are aware of past experiences that have left me mentally scarred, all the staff are very understanding and take their time, no rush and talk me out of my panic attacks. All the staff are amazing and I can’t thank them enough.

I’ve not long moved to the area, so was without a dentist. I have no support up here as my husband was out of town for the weekend, therefore had to bring my 7 month old baby with me. The staff could not be more helpful, and where I walked into the room crying and anxious, they made me feel instantly calm. The dental nurse assistant was so lovely and was entertaining my little boy whilst I was having a tooth extraction. The lovely dentist who’s name began with a Z ( sorry I could not remember it) was SO lovely the whole time. Kept asking me if I was alright, just felt really comfortable around him from the get go. Made me feel at ease the whole time. I’m normally very anxious going into dentists, cause they make me feel like it’s my fault my teeth need sorting, however, the dentist and his dental nurse made it clear their main aim was to get me out of the pain I was in, and to do it very kindly too. I wish they were taking on new patients cause I would 100000% love them to be mine and my family’s dental surgery. Will say it again, best dental experience I’ve ever had. Thank you SO much for looking after my and my baby, and for making me feel calm and collected. I genuinely could not be more thankful.

The location of the place is a little tricky when approaching from the main road so I suggest looking it up on the map if you are going for the first time. Secure entrance with intercom, spacious reception with modern decor and comfortable seating, small play structure for the little ones, friendly reception staff. With reference to the treatment received, although advise given was professional, the treatment was carried out without letting the anaesthetic to set in properly which led to the patient feeling the pain during the treatment. Couldn't fault it otherwise.

Visited tonight via Emergency Dental Service and I can honestly say what an amazing surgery this is! I'm 6.5 months pregnant and have severe dental anxiety. I needed an extraction, but unfortunately due to the severity of infection I've had over the past 12 months in that tooth they couldn't take it out as the anaesthetic would not numb it! Had it packed with medication and have antibiotics for 5 days, then can go back to have it out. 5 stars for both the Dentist herself, the dental assistant and the receptionist. Thanks so much for making me feel at ease! Wish I could register if there was space! 💙

I attended for an emergency extraction. I was seen at very short notice. I knew it wasn't going to be easy, my tooth had snapped off at gum level. I was amazed! The dentist & the nurse were brilliant; very patient & very caring. They explained every step along the way & I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. Full 5 stars for this practice - a pity they are not accepting new patients, I would sign up without reservation.

Had emergency dental treatment here, and had to have local anaesthetic and a temporary filling put in. The dentist and assistant were so friendly, talked me through every step and reassured me when it was uncomfortable. Honestly cannot recommend them enough, especially Vicky who put me at ease the whole time, something which a lot of medical professionals don't deem 'important'. I'd 100% choose to go back. Everything was super covid safe too. Thank you!

I visited the emergency dentist here for the second time, different dentist this time, and the help was really great. The dentist could see how nervous and worked up I was about getting work done but I ended up leaving with a smile, which is not normal for me after having work done. He was extremely kind, had banter with me to calm me down, and same can be said for the dental nurse. Great service.

After a dentist in chorley decided he would try and rag my tooth out whilst I had an abscess and the area wasn't numb properly, I ended up with bells palsy a few days after through the trauma! I was very scared to go to another dentist ever again. Got here was shaking and visibly upset, the dentist and nurse were both lovely and put me at ease immediately. Procudure was completely painless, even the injections were not as painful as my toothache itself. He removed my tooth roots in under 30 seconds. The whole thing was over and done with in minutes. They have restored my faith in nice dentists! Thank you!

Myself and my family have been registered here since the practice opened. Apart from my son whos 14 years old. We all pay for our treatment. I hadn't made an appointment for 18 months, I have terrible anxiety and I can't abide the dentist. A couple weeks back I broke a tooth,I rang up in pain asking to be seen only to be told that I've been kicked off the registration at the centre. The only reason being that I haven't been for a check up. I'd never received a reminder saying I must attend and I've never FTA an appointment. Can I say though the dental nurse,(Linda) who dealt with my call was lovely and the on call emergency dentist wasn't patronising in any way he did a great job putting me at ease and pulling my tooth out without me feeling it. Don't think this is a good enough reason to be kicked off the registration list especially as I'm paying for my treatment!

Really pleased with the service. Called at 5:30pm (took a while to get through) but was booked in for 8pm for my 6 year old daughter. She had a painful and squishy swollen gum. Waiting time in seating area was approx 10 minutes. Was advised a new tooth is coming through but the gum around it has become infected. Antibiotics given. Thank you!

I've been going to Ringway dentist for over 10yrs .I have never ever had to say 1 bad thing against the whole staff we are now on first names with most staff you get a lovely reception with curtious chatter,I've had most procedures undertaken and hand on heart never had reason to stop it at anytime ,I really do not get even the littlest nervousness no matter what procedure I'm having .. 5 stars is not enough for me ide give 10/10 stars all day long ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐×2 Dave hehir

Ignore the bad reviews folks, I was quite nervous about going after reading the negative comments (excruciating pain or not) I attended last night 29th September 2017 and the service was impeccable, yes you do have to wait a while for 111 to answer but it's worth it, lovely lady called Joanna who gave me first aid advice before my attendance at Ringway dental practice, Lorraine on reception at the practice was the friendliest lady I've ever met at a dentist ( my husband's difficult to please and he liked her too) whilst I was upset to have my tooth pulled the Dentist (Mr Brindle and his assistant Gemma) where amazing, thank you so much for a fantastic service all round 😁

Ihad an emergancy app yesterday and was very nervous the dentist was anazing i had injections and x-rays ....that were repeated till he was happy ....then my bk/wisdom tooth was removed i didnt feel anything all the bleeding stopped almost imediately ..ive had no pain ..rinsed as told with salt water ..all is brilliant and the cavity this morning has almost completly closed up ....the only downfall is the practise isnt taking n.h.s at the min or would defo have registared with them ....THANKYOU...... sue

I don't have an NHS dentist after relocating. After having issues I finally called the dental line and was offered an appointment with this dental center. I am a very nervous patient but the ladies there were amazing. Took their time explaining, offering solutions and just making sure I was okay.
