The staff are friendly and have made me feel welcome. Their service was reasonably impressive from the start, which was relieving to see as other dentists I've had experience with where very off-putting. My cleaning and filling went very well and I felt comfortable throughout the procedure.

A little disappointed there was no manual teeth cleaner available. Dentist was very accommodating, used some numbing gel and managed to clean my teeth the modern way with several interruptions from me when it was uncomfortable. Couldn't fault the staff

The lady dentist gave me check up, x rays, and extended scale and polish. The practice surgery is spotlessly clean and hygienic with modern waiting room. The lady dentist did an excellent job, my teeth had plaque and were tea stained, discoloured in places. My teeth are now free from plaque and spotlessly clean with no staining. Well done, I am pleased with the work she carried out. I now have a nice smile. Thanks

Best advice and course of action tailored to meet your needs and budget. Very pleased. Had a general appointment to which turned into a little emergency. "Broken Bridge" work. Completed work on temporary bridge, and 11/2 in seat very comfortable and relaxing. Team calm and helpful.

We have always received first class treatment, any questions answered, with patience and humour. Any dentist who could treat my late wife, who had serious fears with dentists in general, deserves five stars.

I have been a patient at this practice since I was a child, my dentist was Matthew Richards who has since retired. I was apprehensive about returning to the practice to see a new dentist, however I needn't have been as Ruth Balhatchet was absolutely lovely. She is very calm, kind, empathetic and really listened to me. I needed to have my wisdom tooth extracted which I was absolutely dreading, she guided me through this with patience and professionalism. After that visit a couple of things hadn't gone to plan so I emailed the practice manager with some feedback, he responded to me and said he would set right the issues. It's a great practice and I cannot fault my new dentist Ruth. One downside is that the practice is not accessible for disabled patients due to the building layout and has no disabled parking. Pricing is reasonable for private dental care and treatment options and cost are discussed in a transparent manner. The reception staff are absolutely lovely, very welcoming and really care about the patients. I am due to return for a cosmetic procedure soon and I look forward to seeing the results which I am sure will be brilliant.

I had to go to see the dentist, as I had been having toothache for 2 weeks. Mr Schofield looked at my tooth and decided it needed to be extracted. He was very kind to me and I had the recommended dose of anesthetic , and the tooth was pulled out within minutes of my being there. He gave me the do's and don'ts of after care, and advise. Time was taken to ensure teeth health but also provide a level of care that goes beyond the average experience. I am terrified of the dentist. But as I reflect on my experiences with the Smilesite team I have come to realise that each visit my fears have been put to rest within seconds of entering the reception area. My family have used the service for a number of years and our original dentist has become a close acquaintance. Sue and the reception team are more than a welcoming sight and have put us all at ease. If there are words that sum up Smilesite it is 'friendly and accommodating'. The dentistry is second to none. Our family feels safe and reassured and I can't recommend any higher than that.

Had online consultation with mr costa over a couple of days he made sure he had all the information he needed to make the correct diagnosis I.had a bridge that fractured which couldn't be replaced i sent a video and photos of my teeth and bite and i enquired abot implants After going through all the information mr costa thought another bridge would not be the write option and implants also wouldn't be write for me because of my bite which would save me thousands I really appreciated the time taken and the honesty of me costa diagnosis I.wouldnt hesitate to recommend smilesite to all and sandra John
