I'm a new patient at synergy and have to say on both my recent appointments they have been absolutely fantastic! I'm a very nervous patient and they have put my mind at ease and was very informative and made sure I was comfortable at my appointments. Brilliant service from the moment you enter. The receptionists are so welcoming and helpful. I have needed a lot of work, from periodontal treatment, fillings to crown and my dentist, Meraj, has been so informative and talked me through my whole treatment plan. He also puts your mind at ease, at every step through the actual treatment. Definitely recommend.

I joined this dental practice in 2021. I have to say they are fantastic, polite and efficient right from the reception staff, dental nurses and of course the dentist. They contact you to book your 6 monthly appointment and txt reminders when it gets closer to your appointment so you don't forget. Excellent service all round, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental treatment 👍😁

I was really nervous and hadn't had the best time with dental procedures in the past, but the lovely airy waiting room, the caring receptionists and really kind dentist and nurse really put me at ease. The dentist I saw managed to save a tooth I didn't think possible to save, sparing me from having a gap or needing a root canal. It was the first time I'd earned enough to pay for dental treatment and I was terrified about the costs, but it was okay and very reasonable. I know that the dentist actually did things in such a way to make sure that I saved as much money as possible. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'll be going back to have check ups and for the first time ever; fully trust the dentist! Thank you so much!

I am an extremely nervous patient, I had no intention of having the extraction I desperately needed through fear ... today I experienced a dentist how I would hope all dentist would be ...fully explaining the procedure, taking time to listen to me and more than anything, understanding my fears...I'm not frightened of the dentist at all, I have CPTSD...this dentist ( oh how I wish I could remember his name) and the young lady assistant, were absolutely fantastic...I left minus the troublesome tooth, feeling so much better, no pain at last and it's thanks to these two and the experience today...I cannot thank them enough...an absolute gentleman and a fantastic assistant...very well done xx

Emily the hygienist is fantastic I highly recommend her, she did a stellar job with my teath scale this morning and provided excellent professional advice, I can now smile again thanks to her an asset to the surgery. The past two years I have been unable to receive the standard scaling instead offered expensive whitening applications that I cannot afford so I became depressed about the state of my grin and when the dentist suggested obtaining £2,250 finance ( he also began filling in the finance application without my permission so vulnerable / mentally challenged patients Caveat Emptor / beware) 😦to fix this I felt suicidal as I know I wouldn't be approved for this amount of loan whilst I'm unable to work. Thanks to the hygienist and the nurse who saved my smile my teeth look great 👌

Paige the receptionist was a fantastic help when I explained I needed to be seen quickly as I was going abroad to my daughters wedding, although no appts were available they managed to fit me in & I am more than happy with my new teeth. Had an appointment with Emily, the hygienist yesterday. I was quite nervous about this as I had never had a hygienist appointment before and didn't know what to expect. She was very pleasant and managed to put me at ease, and the procedure was painless. After years of staining, I came away feeling very clean, and was really impressed with the results. She also provided me with some great advice to prevent staining in the future, and she made the experience very positive. Will absolutely return in the future.

I had been a NHS patient all my life . With covid I have not been able to even get hold of my old one . Left with no other choice and years of pain and discomfort I was desperate 😪. I contacted synergy dental clinic. Immediately they accepted me and within a period of a month . My problems have gone thanks to them . Ill be a regular patient 😌. The dentist talked me through every step of the way and any ongoing treatment I need. Yes its expensive. Im not on a big wage . But my family helped. Worth every single penny . I have always been petrified of dentists so this appointment was a HUGE deal for me, to the point where I was sat in the chair crying out of fear. I explained how scared I was and he did absolutely everything he could to keep me calm. He explained everything really well, he regularly checked I was okay and was so reassuring all the way through the appointment! I cant thank him enough for being so understanding!

I went to get my broken tooth extracted, I was absolutely petrified due to an experience I’d had at another dentist. The procedure was painless and finished in minutes, I could not believe how easy he made it seem compared to my previous experience where it had been over 40 minutes of pulling and a lot of discomfort/pain. I visted Synergy Dental Clinic between christmass and new year. I was feeling anxious as not the best paitent at the dentist. As soon as i went in the receptionist was so lovely. And then i got called into the room to be seen, Abz and his assistant instantly put me at ease, Abz talked me through the procedure, asked if i had any concerns, was just lovely. Id have to say Abz is a magician, it took longer to administer the injection to numb my gum than it did to take out the piece of tooth stuck in. Bonus to help was the screen when led down of nice photos of the world, never seen this before and it did help take my mind of things. The dental nurse and the dental surgeon Dr Ganesh were absolutely fantastic and so caring. The extraction was very difficult but Dr Ganesh was not giving up. Very impressed and highly recommend this surgery. I would give Synergy 10☆ for everything. The surgery is clean, quiet which helps with the nerves! Everyone here are so friendly, it's almost a family environment. I am now a patient at this dental surgery and couldn't be happier.

Just been to see Dr Ali Altaf. He is a true professional, the best dentist I have ever been to. He explains everything in detail, I had a filling (with a jab !! ugh) but I have to be honest, I could hardly feel a thing, he made me feel at ease, told me everything he was going to do, then I had my teeth professionally cleaned, wow they have never looked so good. I would recommend him to anyone and I will never be worried about going to the dentist again.

I am super impressed with this dentist. Having been butchered by the emergency dentist at Ringway, I phoned Synergy who saw me the next day to assess my emergency, and discuss treatment options. Having endured a 2nd flare up with dental pain on a different tooth following the initial successful treatment, they got me in within 30 minutes to triage the 2nd tooth, relieve the pain and temporary fill, all without charge as it was part of the agreed care from my previous visit. The procedure passed without any pain and back home within an hour. Honestly, I will never go to another dentist again whilst this team are here. This is how patient care for dentistry should be delivered, and the NHS could really learn a lot from this team
