I have been a patient of Nicola's since I moved to Reading in 2004. I have needed some emergency dental work during the pandemic and I can confirm that the Covid secure procedures are exemplary. I felt extremely safe. The service that Nicola and her staff give is always friendly and professional. I happily recommend this dental practice. My young son also goes here as a NHS patient and he is always welcomed and set at ease.

I recently switched dentists to the High Street Dental Practice and I'm so pleased I did. Nicola Merson is excellent. I've just had a new bridge fitted. She has given great advice, she explains each stage of the procedure, she's so gentle and I feel I'm in safe hands. Nicola has changed my behaviour towards dentists. I have always had a terrible fear of dentists without really understanding where it comes from. That fear caused me to avoid them for 10 years when I was younger. Nicola is so gentle that I can now attend regularly without getting too stressed. Absolutely brilliant! I broke a tooth and whilst it wasn't painful, it was sharp and felt delicate. A quick voicemail in the morning and completion of their on-line form resulted in Nicola calling me back and I was in the following day - no fuss - straight in. Fixed it there and then. Covid19 - best practices employed so you can feel safe when visiting. I can highly recommend this dental practice. Nicola and Sarah are superb. Many thanks to you both.

I am very satisfied with the excellent standard of care that I have received from Nikki and Sarah at the High Street dental practice for last 20 years. Nothing is too much trouble at this friendly surgery.

After sending a photo of my broken tooth I received a prompt response with an early appointment for work which was completed in 1 relaxed session. I now cannot tell which tooth was the problem one! Full marks and a house point!
