The great service starts as soon as you call. Reception are quick to answer and very helpful. When you get there the place is spotlessly clean and still maintaining Covid controls. The Service from Catherine and Sara (dentist and nurse) is first rate. The amount of information and advice on general health and medical conditions and how they can impact dental health is top class. The checks and tests undertaken during my dental treatment steered me to my GP, who confirmed I am a type2 diabetic. I don't know when this would have been discovered if not for the dentist, so I would say you get a high class complete service from Oaktree, not just teeth and gums. If I have to go to a dentist, I'm glad it's this one.

I saw Catherine as a dental emergency and was immediately impressed by her thoroughness, professionalism and ability to assuage my concerns. Christina the receptionist was AMAZING! So helpful, empathic, kind and also professional. As the ‘front of house’ first face to encounter at the surgery you couldn’t find better! I joined the practice in October 2020, extremely anxiously, due to poor experiences with my previous dentist. The team at Oaktree continue to look after me so well, from my first point of contact with Sarah to the stellar job done by Nikhil, Kreena and Olivia. I had quite a lot of work done in treating areas neglected and in need of correction. I've learned so much and I'm looking after my teeth better than I've ever known how. Had my first visit to this Dental practice today, after 5 years of not seeing a dentist due to anxiety and fear! After my first contact with the practice over the phone I was instantly put at ease and I'm so relieved I attended my appointment to see Dr Shah who took his time to explain and talk me through everything he was doing, it wasnt just reassuring but interesting I've never had an explanation of any treatment before it was settling for my nerves. He talked me through a plan and I was so comfortable I was ready to start the treatment plan straight away. I'm just annoyed that I hadn't made contact with this practice earlier!

Today I took my son for his routine check up with dentist Catherine and nurse Danielle. As usual, we received fabulous treatment from both them and also Shannon on reception. We have been patients at this practice for many years and have always received excellent service and advice. They strike the perfect balance of professionalism with friendliness. Catherine always takes time to explain things about treatment and none of the staff make you feel rushed or uncomfortable during appointments. The team are also good at explaining things to the children and have the skill at putting them at ease, so any anxiety is limited. I would highly recommend.

Had terrible toothache and came across Oaktree Dental Practice whilst looking for a dentist to help. I am so glad I signed up with this practice - they have been great and all the staff are so friendly. Unfortunately, I've had to have several teeth extracted and to be honest I was dreading it, but the whole procedure and aftercare has been second to none - thanks Chandni & Danielle - and I need not have worried. Would whole heartedly recommend the practice.

The alarm was on all night with no one came and get it sorted out, very noisy and people just ignored us. The next day spoke to the owner, they are very responsive and friendly, hopefully this won’t happen again.

She was well taken care of and the explanation about the procedure was well explained. The questions we had were answered in detail and eradicated any fears my mother had. In addition she was well looked after by Dr. Nikhil Shah and the nurse (Olivia) and would highly recommend him. Subsequently, with COVID-19, the practice had the appropriate measures in place so that our health and safety was a top priority for the dental practice. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and then my temperature was taken -with no fuss. I waited in a pleasant waiting room for my appointment (I was 5 mins early). LIndsey made me feel comfortable and safe and explained the treatment I needed, the possible outcomes of the treatment. The treatment was carried out with care and she kept me informed all the way through of what she was doing and why. The whole visit was pleasant, helpful and gave me reassurance in what they had done.

During that time I have moved house twice and when Dr Strang sold the practice I wasn't sure I wanted to remain as this now involves a long journey. However the journey is worth it. I cannot recommend this Practice enough, very friendly & professional. I was nervous about my treatment after badly breaking a tooth whilst eating and was unsure if the tooth could be saved. I was also pregnant and suffering from bleeding gums which is quite common during pregnancy. The dentist discussed treatment options with me and advised me on the advantages and disadvantages for each option, the costs of different treatment's were also clearly explained to me. I decided from the advise I was given to go for a ceramic 3/4 crown which keeps as much tooth as possible but also prevents the tooth from breaking further in the future. I had an appointment to have impressions taken and a temporary crown placed, then two weeks later had my crown fitted. I also had a scale and polish and was given some good advice to help improve my daily cleaning routine. The dentist was very approachable, caring and gentle. I have had no problems at all with the tooth after treatment and could not believe how natural looking my tooth coloured crown was. I did not have to wait long for appointments to be booked and with the excellent service I have received from this practice I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and/or friends

After being recommended Oaktree by a friend, I booked an Invisalign consultation with Nikhil around 6 months ago. I've had a fear of the dentist since I was little, so I was really apprehensive, but since being treated here my anxiety has almost gone! All the staff are so welcoming and calming, the practice has a very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend Oaktree to anyone - but especially to those who are nervous. I am so happy with the results from my Invisalign treatment and found the whole process so easy! Nikhil went above and beyond to ensure I felt at ease and was patient with me throughout my treatment. Where do I begin... My experience first begins when I was feeling embarrassed and lacked confidence from my dental appearance. I got in contact with the Oak Tree Dental Care Team and I received a very warming message back from Nikhil. A very nice and understanding gentleman that cared for my situation. Upon having a consultation I decided to take on "Invisalign Lite" as this was best suited and tailored course for my specific case. Months went on through the treatment which was a simple to following course of changing an aligner every 2 weeks which makes gradual movements on your teeth so they move to the best suited position by the end of the course. (This is all spoken around during the consultation and also Nikhil gave me a step by step/week by week on how my teeth will be moving with specialised software). Which gave me more reassurance that this was a great step forward for me. By the end of my treatment, I was shocked at the results and am to this day. I also had bleaching afterwards as I will be honest, the aligners (as you wear them for 20-22 hours a day) cause minor staining but, the 2 week bleaching course brought my teeth back and even better as I am fatal for a cup of tea!! I write this, if anyone is considering to have cosmetic work, please do not hesitate to contact the Oak Tree Dental Care Team because, I will most defiantly state, your in very polite and professional hands! I first went to Oaktree Dental Practice because I had numerous problems with my teeth and the NHS dentist I was seeing was making things worse. Nikhil at Oaktree Dental Practice took time investigating my problems and called in the specialist endodontist in for a second opinion. From there they were able to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan that would save my teeth and my smile. I have been so impressed by them I would never consider changing to anyone else.

I have been scared of the dentist for a long time but when a tooth started to ache I made an appointment with Nikhel. Making the appointment was great, loads of understanding for scared patients from reception, appointment was a lot sooner than expected. At the practise there is all time to ask questions which are being answered honestly and thourough. I didnt feel rushed at any point in time. A lot of care is going into making you feel comfortable and at ease. Procedures were pretty much painless even the anasthetic. And the practise looks very nice and clean. I would recommend going here to everyone.

since changing hands I think the practice has gone downhill and the main interest from the owners is in cosmetics. Anything complicated or unpleasant the new dentists seem lacking in confidence. I had a nasty periodontal abscess and the male dentist seemed scared of it and lanced it without anaesthetic. It was agonising. I could have done it myself with a darning needle... The original dentists are excellent but it is becoming hard to get appointments, the phone tree doesn't help. They are also being pushed to monetise patients. I'm switching to another practice.

I recently received endodontic treatment from Kreena. I had been experiencing some occasional pain but it was hard to localise which tooth was the issue and my dentist had spotted some possible infection at the root of a crowned tooth. He felt this required specialist treatment and refered me to Kreena at Oaktree Dental Practice in Mortimer. I was able to make an appointment quickly and after X-rays and examination Kreena explained the possible causes, options and the risks thoroughly. We proceeded with the treatment over two sessions involving removal of the crown and correction of the original root canal work. All through I was comfortable and pain free, Kreen explaining what was happening at each step, answering all my questions. I would have no hestitation in recommending Kreena or the practice

I spent the night awake wondering about trying to fight the pain of the toothache in my wisdom tooth , couldn’t wait for my appointment to come , started watching the time very carefully and in rush for my 14:00 on the 23/04/2018 to come , tried every possible way to get a rid of the pain (teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water and gently rinsed my mouth ) When my appointment approached I was so scared like I never been before , so I decided to go no matter what , so when I got to the dental practice I opened a door and got in , very friendly staff with an outstanding customer satisfaction , she asked me to fill up the form and sat waiting for approximately 4 mins and then I got approached by a nurse which sh walked me to the doctor , he was so nice and polite , he has suggested all possible solutions to resolve it , so we decided to pull it off , he was so gentle ,nice supportive and knows what he was doing (knowledgeable) He removed my wisdom with no pain to be mentioned at all It was around £176 , worthwhile tho I would strongly recommend the dental practice to anyone I’m now onto an intention to visit the dental practice again and get my teeth sorted and fixed by them Thanks to you all
