Absolutely first class service from Paula, Ben and the team at Park Lane Orthodontics. My Orthodontist is Paula and she is very knowledgeable and experienced. Paula made me feel 100% confident in the treatment she recommended for me and was very patient, and reassuring, with my many questions and worries! I am over the moon with the results! Everyone at the practice is very helpful, efficient, friendly and caring. I highly recommended Park Lane! I was initially recommended to them by my own Dentist which I think speaks volumes! Thank you Paula for now giving me the confidence to smile in photos! 😁

A* service and practice. I have just finished Invisalign and fixed ceramic braces with Paula at this practice. I can 100% recommend her and Ben and all the staff. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable with all things orthodontic and are always on hand to answer queries. Their practice is run so efficiently and appointments are handled on time and it’s never difficult to get in to see them. Do not hesitate to use them for your orthodontic journey. The whole team are warm and bubbly. When booking my consultation they explained everything in detail. They have on site parking which is rare! Everyone makes eye contact, smiles and says hello to you. I did not feel rushed once during my consultation. They explain everything in such detail. They truly enjoy what they do. You see the same faces for all your appointments which you can’t help but to build a friendship with everyone there. Sad my treatment has come to the end but they brought a little gift for me to celebrate the end of my treatment. I almost forgot the beautiful flowers they sent me for my birthday! The best team. I have just finished my invisalign journey after 2 years and 2 months! My experience had been excellent throughout. From the very first appointment, all of the team explained everything in detail and were responsive whenever I had additional queries. Paula and team have been so helpful and friendly and managed to continue my treatment through a global pandemic and lockdowns! I am so pleased with my smile after trying to hide it for 2 decades. Using the Invisalign treatment, they were able to (against all odds) correct my severe underbite and significantly improve the alignment of my teeth.
