Went in for a routine check up with my son. We saw Muhammed who was very thorough and informative and made us feel at ease. Then we were greeted by the manager Tina when booking follow up appointments. She was incredibly nice and friendly. As far as dentists go... it was a very, very good visit!

Really recommend Dr Imran. He found all the problems with my teeth and fixed them for an affordable price. He's friendly, reassuring and professional - first dentist I trust with confidence. I got fillings done, root canal treatment and fitted a crown - all good. The member of the reception team I always interacted with is also friendly and understanding - it's a shame I didn't catch her name. I'm definitely coming back here for my next check up, and treatments (hopefully there will be none!)

I can not speak more highly of my experience with Puresmile. I was given an appointment within 2 days of calling. When arriving at Puresmile, I was seen very promptly - I was waiting less than 5 minutes despite being early for my appointment. The dentist that saw me was very thorough with my appointment and spent a lot of time trying to find out what was the problem with my tooth, despite there being nothing obvious. Really happy with my experience and will be recommending to others

Excellent service, friendly staff and top rate Dentist. Very clean, toilets are clean and bright, very spacious and airy. I've had multiple fillings and extractions done here, and haven't had any problems. I'm having an extraction done next week and, I was offered a replacement tooth, without asking. If you're looking for a decent NHS Dentist, this is the place.

I have been with pure smile for a while now, I had adult braces and the staff have been fantastic throughout! I never used to smile in photographs due to my insecurities.... So I am someone who is very anxious and absolutely try to avoid going to the dentist. There comes a point though we're it's absolutely necessary to go to the dentist. So I left my previous dentist as my experience there was very unpleasant when my dentist left. I came here as a recommendation from my mother-in-law. My first day here was excellent. My dentist Imran was very patient, and was happy to answer all my questions. His assistant babs was very gentle and considerate too. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable with the procedures that were going to take place in the near future. He was able to see how anxious I was being there, and at every step reassured me. When it was time for my procedures, he was very patient and explained everything that he was going to do which lowered my anxiety. So far my experiences have been very pleasant. My husband accompanied me to one of the procedures and was impressed with how patient and good he was with explaining everything. Thank you both for making it a pleasant experience.

Yes, Puresmile, Reading. They reception booked me in for a check up and dental hygienist on the same day. This was superb as it meant only taking one morning off of work. The hygienist Veronica did a wonderful job cleaning and polishing my gnashers. It transpired that the other dentist I’d a few year previously had advised me incorrectly to use mouthwash. Veronica told me that mouthwash stains teeth, something I never knew. So top marks to her for that and indeed to everybody there for a good, efficient and pleasant visit. P.S. I came in to the practice this morning for my regular check up as always was a very friendly environment. I have never been brilliant with going to the dentist but at pure smiles the dentists all ways make me feel comfortable and the two young ladies on reception all ways go out of their way to help me and have made my trips to the dentist something to look forward too.

I visited for my regular check up and this time I'd also booked a separate private hygienist appointment as I've always felt that seeing the hygienist regularly is very importive preventative dentistry. Veronica the private hygienist was very pleasant and very professional asking questions and explaining the procedure as she went along taking in to account my teeth sensitivity and giving instructions on how best to clean and floss my teeth and discussing the products I use and any changes I may need to make. The Dentist (apologies I don't recall the lady's name) was very pleasant. As my teeth were okay there was nothing to be done. I had no teeth mapping or x-rays done but maybe it wasn't needed this time. I was a bit disappointed that x-rays weren't offered though as this puts my mind at ease that nothing is lurking. The new premises are superb they are very clean and pleasant and contemporary. There is good access for the less able bodied. A great improvement on the old London Street clinic. A very convenient location in town especially for public transport users and those working in town. I was pleased to see patients coming in and being accomodated for apppontments the same week which has always been something I have appreciated about being a patient at this practice over the last 10 years. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful here too and there are no pushy sales.

The dentist was kind and competent. Got an appointment because of my wisdom tooth. The initial check up was well performed and the dentist explained how the tooth could not find enough space to come up causing the inflammation therefore the pain. To understand better how to proceed she referred me for a x-ray at the hospital. After few days I had a second appointment with the same dentist who checked the results of the x-ray and agreed that the extraction was not necessary. I haven't been charged for the second visit. As a fairly new patient my experience at this dentist has been a real pleasure. I had seen a couple of poor reviews and was at first a little apprehensive, I needn't have been. Lets cover some points here, I'm not sure what one customer expects in terms of dress code but 'party dresses','clown suits' would not seem appropriate to me in this setting. The staff were dressed, well as I'd expect anyone to dress on dental reception and as for the Dentist herself, well dressed like a Dentist! The reception staff are extremely helpful and nice and welcoming. I would say if they have a bit of a chat with each other all the better, shows they are 1 human and 2 quite normal! Anyone go to work and not speak a word to their colleagues, I think not! The actual practice is a little run down looking, but the treatment rooms are hygienic and clean as you would expect. Finally the Dentist I have, is herself, a lovely and caring person.

In our five years of coming to Pure Smile for routine checks or with nagging toothache, we have found the staff helpful, cheerful, courteous and efficient. The dentists have been conscientious in checking up on our background health as well as explaining the pros and cons of various options for treatment. Yes, there are sometimes delays and longer than expected waiting times, but in most instances we have been told this at the desk when we check in. We have had no reason to think of going anywhere else for dental needs.

Every team member from receptionist, to hygienists, to dentists is simply a pleasure to work with. I have had a lot of work done and I am now getting braces. I had thought about going overseas for a cheaper implant but I’m so glad I didn’t. I decided to splash out the extra cash for the reassurance of Dr Dhami’s measured, ‘safety first’ approach. He gives you a three-month bedding-in period to properly secure the implant – you can’t get that on a dental holiday. The treatment itself wasn’t nearly as invasive as I’d feared. The most painful part of the procedure was the painkiller injection. I’m really, really pleased with my implant and wouldn’t hesitate to visit Dr Dhami again, should I ever need another implant. I’d now never even consider opting for a cheap ‘same day’ procedure.

During a routine check-up the dentist was asking about my health condition (M.E.) and I mentioned that I grind my teeth in my sleep and wake up very tense. He suggested a mouth guard to protect my teeth, and said it might also stop me waking up with my jaw so clenched. I agreed to try it, and it has indeed slightly improved the quality of my sleep - no small matter with M.E. I was pleased that he was interested enough to suggest this solution to a problem I wouldn't have thought to mention if he hadn't asked.
