T. M.I absolutely love coming to have my appointments at Reading Smiles! All the staff and nurses are so friendly, warm and helpful. The 2 dentists I’ve met - Dr Hanel and Lauren Smoothly are both such lovely people, I love my visits to see them! I will bring my 2 daughters to visit them in the future (my eldest has already met Dr Hanel!) as they really care about giving the best dental care and they really care about their patients. They are also both extremely experienced and I fully trust them with their scary drills! Totally relaxing experience!

Years of anxiety surrounding my smile have vanished and I cannot thank the team enough for their incredible work.
The team are all very welcoming and polite. They are experts in what they do and have an honest approach that is individually tailored. I will most definitely be returning for future treatments.
-Appointment booking is very good with late appointments available. (If you have to wait a couple of weeks it is worth the wait)

My favourite was Jo Absolutely loved her and hope to see her back there. Sometimes the staff can be a bit bonkers, but I love bonkers. Thanks to all the staff for the help in giving me the confidence to smile again. Absolutely love your work.
S. N.They are so good. From the time you enter and meet with the receptionist yo the actual dentist. Dayle is amazing... super calm and talks you through the process , I'm super scared of dentist and he's been the only reason I go. Gives you time and advise for best results. This place is clean and tidy , vivid measures are being followed each time I was done the assistant kept cleaning the surface and changing tissues etc. I'd recommend this place anyday!
z.I liked the service from Hanal so much that, even after he moved from the local area to start this practice, I went with him. Somehow, his ethos has been applied to the whole practice.

I was insecure about my crowded teeth and didn’t know which dentist to approach, until I came across Reading Smiles. After my first consultation with Dr Hanel about Invisalign, I was convinced I’ll be undergoing my treatment with them. I didn’t even feel the need to enquire with other dentists because I knew that Reading Smiles genuinely wanted the best for my teeth. While having my first consultation, Dr Hanel really took time to understand what I wanted to achieve with the treatment and was very informative in the different options available for teeth straightening.
Since starting my Invisalign treatment, my check up appointments have been with Jo, and she’s been an absolute star! Jo has been extremely kind and very encouraging throughout my treatment. She’s been really patient, and even though my sensitive gag reflex would make me feel embarrassed at times, Jo totally made me feel at ease. She’s been constantly supporting me and has always been available to pop me into her schedule whenever I had a sharp/uncomfortable aligner. Having conversations with Jo have been such a delight, and hearing how well my teeth have been tracking during appointments has made me so glad and grateful to have Jo as my dentist. She’s truly the best!
I’m almost towards the end of my Invisalign treatment and the difference in my smile is unreal! For years, I was self conscious about my smile because of how horrible my crowded teeth appeared, but now I’m ecstatic with my straight teeth!

Thanks for explaining what a deep clean is and yes it is done in two visits which each visit would be £550 or 450 if a patient is shocked by the price. Still three years ago I paid £270 (for one visit) in Reading Smiles which is almost double the price.
It is cheaper to buy the plane tickets and pay to do it abroad and you still have money left.

A massive difference to NHS dentists I’ve been to in the past. I was recommended by a friend and I also recommend them. Since joining this dentist, I’ve had a check up, filling and clean, and all have been great. I used to hate going to the dentist but now my attitude has totally changed.

It’s been a very different experience to other dentists with several members of the overall team looking after each respective part of the treatment for their area of expertise. They have all been great but a special thank you to Jo in particular who has been amazing from the start and really takes time to listen and work through the Invisalign process with you as an individual. It’s a bit of a journey for me to get to the dental practice but I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. For anybody thinking about remedial work on their teeth then my personal experience/advice is that having somebody that you you trust in person (compared to other ‘online’ providers) is worth it.

I had a routine check-up with Dr Nigel, which was an entirely pleasant experience. He made me feel comfortable and made sure that I understood what he was doing every step of the exam.
I have been to many dentists in the past and it was not until I met Dr Nigel that I realised that I was missing a tooth! Dr Nigel went above and beyond to make me understand that I was born without that tooth and he carried out extra scans to make sure there were no issues.
I returned for a hygiene appointment shortly after my check-up and I was similarly met with kindness and a helpful hygienist who gave me useful advice I can now use outside the dentist's office.
E.I spent almost 2 years with Reading Smiles working on my teeth. The staff are professional, welcoming, incredibly friendly and accomodating. During the early days of pandemic, my aligners were brought to my house to make sure my treatment plan didn't fall behind. This was above and beyond what I expected!
As for my teeth, I couldn't be happier with the results. I was always self conscious about my teeth and now all of that is gone. I am so grateful to everyone at Reading Smiles, but special thanks to Jo and Dr Hanel. I would recommend to anyone!
A. 5.I had entered today for the first time after years of seeing a dentist, I had a deep cleaning appointment with Dayle Greenfield and must say that I was highly surprised with the way in which my teeth turned out at the end, alongside the highly hospitable receptionists and workers in general! r. r.I don't know where to start... I was recommended Reading Smiles by a friend of mine who said their service was impeccable, she wasn't wrong. I travelled form Oxford over a 3 year period for every visit and it was worth every trip! I started treatment for my wedding with over a year in advance and finished post pandemic with a Hollywood smile. I have seen several members of Dr Hanel's team over that time and every single one of them was as lovely as the other, extremely professional but yet making me feel like part of the family. Whilst visiting Reading Smiles I also visited one of their hygienists, as well as undertaking dental surgery to have an implant with Dr Yusef. Every effort was made from both Doctors at the end of my treatment to finish in unison and on time before my emigration to Canada. My last retainers were very kindly sent to Canada and arrived safely too, I could't have asked for more! I cannot recommend Reading Smiles enough for all their hard work, perseverance with a stubborn set of teeth, and professionalism throughout, especially having to deal with the pandemic in between my treatment. I was actually sad to say goodbye but very happy with my new smile.

I was recommended Reading Smiles after trying to find someone to perfect my smile before my wedding next year. After visiting a few dentists I visited Dr Hanel and felt at ease with the detailed exam and consultation. He really understood what I was wanting to achieve and spoke in plain English. I left feeling confident in my treatment plan of Invisalign followed by free whitening, then some very little bonding and sculpting. M. M.I have recently completed my last set of Invisalign trays and I had an appointment with Dr Hanel on Thursday this week for the sculpting work. When the finished result was shown to me, I cried tears of joy 😍. I’ve always wanted great teeth and I hated my crooked teeth. J. F.I started my journey with reading smiles in the second lockdown, after attending an emergency dental appointment for prescribed antibiotics. I’m struggling to put into words what they have done for me since. I have had well over 10 appointments with these guys in total after creating a plan to completely transform my teeth, dental health and life, and they’ve completely eradicated all traces of dental phobia I had. Before reading smiles I would not even see a dentist for a checkup and on my first appointment with smiles I felt sick, was in tears, terrified of anything shiny and metal that came near my mouth, and just generally scared. Dr Nigel who is the friendliest happiest dentist I’ve ever met, kept me calm, was constantly reassuring me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. By my last appointment I was having dental work with no numbing or sedation with no tears or fears atall! Dr Nigel, Dr marina, the sedation company, the receptionists, the dentists at the wokingham branch have all had an input in making this journey worth while, and there have been many many happy tears. In total I had 10 deep fillings, an extraction, 4 root canals, 4 crown preparation and 4 crowns as-well as a deep clean, multiple sedations, multiple check ups and multiple emergency appointments I cannot reccomend this wonderful team highly enough. They’ve really changed my life and I now have a new and beautiful set of teeth I can eat with and experience no pain or swelling like I used to.

C. N.I had been considering orthodontic treatment for several years and eventually decided to bite the bullet (no pun intended) and make an appointment with Reading Smiles. After a terrible orthodontic experience in my teens, my teeth were pretty awful and I was nervous of starting this process again. I shouldn't have worried. Firstly, their clinic doesn't look or feel like a dentist. Secondly, their staff were incredibly understanding and immediately alleviated my fears.
They worked out a treatment plan right there and then which showed exactly how my teeth should look after the treatment. They didn't have any pushy sales techniques, answered all my questions and made everything really clear before I agreed to start the treatment. The fact that everything was included in my treatment plan was a massive bonus too - with no hidden costs or surprises. I had Invisalign treatment which also included shaping and whitening and it's these final few steps that have made all the difference.
Throughout the whole process they've been amazing. So professional and friendly with everything centred on giving you the best possible results - which are genuinely incredible. I couldn't be happier with my teeth now. I just wish I hadn't waited so long to get them sorted out!

M. B.I called in to Reading Smiles on Friday at 12pm as the composite attaching my permanent retainers had snapped off whilst eating. I had the retainers applied in Australia and all other orthodontists were saying they could not treat me as they did not do the work, but Reading Smiles' receptionist understood that all I needed was a blob of glue/composite to prevent further damage. They booked me in for 2pm and fixed the retainer at a reasonable cost of £55. I was made to feel very welcome and social distancing was followed very well. I was really thankful for their help and I will go back to them for my future treatments.

Pritesh is the best dentist I've ever met. He really went above and beyond during my time with him in sorting my teeth out before I start my Invisalign brace treatment.

This is a decent dentist but i've had better (perfect smile clinics for instance) so I find the amount of 5 star reviews very suspicious. Look at how many 5 star only reviews they have. you can only imagine they all pitched in friends and family to boost the rating because let's face it google doesn't audit these things and a top notche score on google maps is money.
Use them if you have no alternative.

J. J.Before I went to Reading Smiles it had been a few years since I had been to a dentist, bad experiences and fear of bad (expensive) news meant that it was something I wasn’t in a rush to do. But having seen the amazing work they had done for a friend of mine I thought that I’d get over it and drop in and visit them for an Invisalign consultation and take control of my oral health.
I was very nervous at my first visit and that was quickly put to rest by how reassuring and lovely everyone I dealt with was. Thankfully I only needed one filling (my first one), which was booked in and done very quickly.

It's great to get compliments telling you what lovely teeth you have after previously being so conscious when you smile/laugh etc. Invisalign is honestly so easy to live with, my treatment took just over 2yrs (my teeth needed to move a lot) and the aligners were hardly noticeable. You get used to wearing the aligners within 3/4 days and then it's plain sailing......just make sure you wear them and change to the next set as Hanel tells you. You have regular appointments where you have your progress checked. Hanel and his team really care and put you first- giving you absolute first class care and service. Although my treatment is finished, I am definitely staying with this practice for my routine dental checks, I highly recommend this team. Thanks so much! X

I’ve been going to Smile Rooms in Reading (originally Barkingside but he moved so I did to before I refuse to see anyone else!) to see Dr Hanal Nathwani for years to align my teeth using Invisalign, and recently visited their Windsor branch to have composite bonding treatment by Dr Albert Gajdos and OH MY GOD where do I start. To set the context, I have very low self esteem when it comes to my face as I have quite seriously misaligned jaw and uneven teeth with a missing canine, and I’m really conscious about my smile- so I’m ultra picky and have high expectations because if anything went wrong I wouldn’t cope 😭... I have so much respect and trust for these guys, I could never go anywhere else!

Dr Hanal and Dr Albert are craftsman. They are the masters at what they do it’s no wonder they are award winning. I have felt in absolute trusted hands whenever I have visited; they take all things into consideration and have completed transformative work on me. Dr Hanal took my teeth from horrible to Hollywood with the Invisalign treatment despite my jaw misalignment, and I get so many compliments on them which is nice! Dr Albert corrected teeth on my ‘missing canine’ side with composite bonding, somehow amazingly creating symmetry despite my condition.

My experience: I walked in for my first consultation thinking I needed veneers, expensive and what I thought would be time consuming, but no, far from it! I was greeted by two lovely receptionists who instantly made me feel at ease followed by Dr Hanel welcoming me into the appointment room, he briefly examined my teeth and gave me three options, which to my surprise none of them were veneers! We proceeded with whitening and new bonding. Having done a week of whitening I ventured off on holiday with a second week of home whitening and a handy ice pack the dentistry provided me with, I explained that I only returned for a day in the UK before flying again and Dr Hanel and team managed to fit me in their schedule by staying late going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The service you receive from them the moment you walk in the door is more then you could ask for. I always got a hello shouted down the stairs always in a jolly friendly way.
Everything was explained to me, without complicating things. I got invisalign braces from here after Hanel suggested this was the best option for me.
The process was explained, the truth was told, and I decided to go ahead there and then. I got treated to a lovely scan of my teeth, x rays and also a video on how my teeth will change and the final look. This was all at my free consultation!
The day arrived that I was picking up my braces. I think Hanel was more excited then me! The braces were amazing. The first few weeks were hard, but I knew they would be because I was told the truth at the beginning. But I stuck to it, and im so glad I did.
Months went by, brace by brace. Everytime I went in to pick up my new sets, i was greeted with the exact same service, excellent. I feel more like a friend then a patient!
I attended a hygiene clean with Dale, who I realised was just as nice and jolly as the rest of the gang. He cleaned my teeth with such care, and so gently. I have not once been hurt by any at this dentist, they really do care and are absolutley amazing with you.
I received teeth whitening on my next visit. A lovely simple kit which worked wonders. Next visit, Hanel filed my teeth down so they all looked the same size and we're perfect!
My teeth are amazing. Im still learning how to smile, as I didnt for years. But im showing everyone my teeth now, even if they don't want to see them! Lol.
I would always recommend Hanel, Dale and the gang to everyone I can. I will probably find something else I can get done there just so I can return and hang around with them abit more lol.

A. T.I’ve been with Reading Smiles for almost a year. Had issues with my gums and I can honestly say that walking into the clinic was one of the best decisions I made. Dt Hanel made sure that there were no overall issues with my teeth, and Dayle is in charge of cleaning. Been seen Dayle every 3 months for cleaning, what impressed me is that he seemed to care more for my gum wellbeing than I did, and was working hard to make sure that the job is done properly. My gums feel as good as it gets now.
It’s rare to come across someone who puts so much effort into doing best Job possible. I truly felt that he cares and leaving something half done it’s not an option. Clinic overall has a very welcoming and tranquil feeling. Everyone that works there always have a big smile and ready to make you feel comfortable. I’m from Sweden and used to high quality and Service, but don’t remember having this kind of experience I Sweden. Will be moving to Spain, and hoping to find Spanish version of Dayle.
Cannot recommend this clinic enough, and it’s worth every penny.

My experience with Reading Smiles could not be better.
I really enjoyed being there since the first visit (approax visit) untill the end of the process.
Every step taken in the whole period gave a completely satisfactory result towards the target, advances and progress on it could be checked
as soon as the process was rolled out.
For me the most important thing, apart from the result which was completely a 10score and totally adjusted to what I needed, was that they
set a vital importance to hear you, so that your idea could be entirely understood. They hear you and try to find the best ways
to reach the goal, based on what you explain to them about your neeed.
Once you are with them there, you quickly notice that they work as a big Team.
As Hanel told me during one of the sessions, "You are in good hands". Indeed you are in good hands being there, in the whole concept the sentence can be.
