The had a dentist called Sam best dentist ever but now retired he was fantastic. You struggle to get them on the phone these days and they don't get back to messages you leave. I think it might be covid related but a call back is not a lot to ask. Still Ok though as dentists go.

Great service - would recommend. Good dentists and managed to get an emergency appointment and issue sorted within a week.

Woke up with pain in my mouth, turns out I grew a gum abscess overnight. I wasnt registered with Smile, but I called at 10 am and was registered and had an appointment by 12 the same day. 20 minutes and 3 x-rays later I left with a clean bill of health, all for £25 which I thought was reasonable. Overall a good experience. Polite and happy dentists and not expensive. I'll be returning.

Re 3 strikes and out for not cancelling appointments: I can't believe someone has the cheek to complain against the Dental Practice when they are the one in the wrong! 'Forgetting to cancel twice in 2 years' doesn't sound a lot but most people only go to the dentist once every six months so at best they probably mean they forget to cancel 50% of the time! This is why it can be difficult to get appointments. They should be pleased the Dental Practice is kind enough to give them three chances before striking them off. I'm sure the reviewer would feel different if a plumber etc didn't turn up to an appointment and didn't tell them in advance.

Dentist is great and all staff are lovely! I'm a very nervous patient and they have always managed to put me at ease instantly and gone out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable. Would definitely recommend you pay them a visit!

A year ago I would probably have given four or five stars... A year later there has been absolutely no communication as to what is going on during covid. Finally (April 2021) it seems to be getting back to normal....
