Absolutely fantastic dental surgery! As someone who is terrified of the dentist, I was scared to make the appointment in the first place but I spoke to receptionist Lucy who was very helpful, friendly and very understanding. I also felt at ease and reassured at my appointment too! Highly recommend!

Needed a filling and a clean and polish. I felt a bit nervous and Caron, my dentist and the dental nurse were patient and stopped frequently during the process. They went at my speed, resulting in my feeling I was in control, thus lowering my anxiety. Nice one.

Since moving from Portsmouth 9 years ago I’ve not been registered at a dentist, always been on my to do list but with work it’s always been forgotten I rang these guys at 10am as an unregistered patient on 4/7/22 with severe tooth pain from my top right wisdom tooth asking for an emergency appointment. They were so polite and caring on the phone and saw me the same day at 13:30 After checking my tooth it was seen I had decay on my tooth right next to the nerve and the tooth needed pulling. I advised I was going on holiday the next day and my dentist advised she wouldn’t go on holiday with my tooth like this I was in and out in 25mins, no pain, extremely careful and precise An excellent dentist who are excellent at what they do I always said I would sign up for BUPA Dental Care for me and my family, and this has just confirmed it for me The bill was extremely lower compared to other local private dentists and they were much more welcoming to myself aswell who wasn’t registered and a stranger off the street Thankyou to everyone at BUPA Dental Woolston, absolute live savers!

I had such an amazing experience, the staff were amazing; so friendly and welcoming, the whole team put me at ease and really delivered excellent patient care in an incredibly clean and Covid secure environment. They managed to fit me in for an appointment within an hour, when apparently every other dentist in Southampton had fully booked all their Emergency slots. I received easy, quick diagnosis, x-ray, prescription, advice & a plan for my problem in the future from an absolutely lovely Dentist. I’m so happy to have found this dentist, I’m looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you so much BUPA Dental care Woolston.

They're a great bunch here. I recently had braces to correct my smile, and the aftercare was amazing. If I ever needed an urgent appointment (e.g. brace fitting came loose) they usually managed to find one the same day. Would 100% recommend!
