I am a very anxious person when it comes to going to the dentist, however having recently needed extensive dental.work at this surgery I cannot speak highly enough of how professional, kind and reassuring the dentist (Majan) and the dental nurse were throughout my procedures. Also the reception staff Lisa and Harry, who listened to my anxieties and gave reassurance and clear explanation and got me seen as an emergency, just brilliant care and service.

Been going here since it opened as a family and Arvin who is our dentist is superb. He has sorted our boys out with teeth extractions for braces, looked after us all with top care and we highly rate him and his expertise.

I have recently been seen as a new patient after being on the waiting list for quite some time but totally understandable due to covid!!I understand that all staff are working flat out during these challenging times. I am so lucky to have a nhs dentist and I also understand there is a back log of patients needing treatment before me .my dentist practice has added me to a cancellation list and wow I got a call and they have managed to bring my appointment forward x I am so so happy and Feel so very lucky to be a patient at this amazing practice x I am a very nervous patient and yet the staff here are just totally amazing and so very caring x thank you so much hedge end dental practice ❤️

I have been with this dentist for many years, never had a problem, always great service. However, appointments for last year were cancelled via the practice due to Covid and I was informed, not to contact them, they will be in touch when able to re book. Never heard from them, so a few weeks ago, I phoned to book myself and son in for a routine check up, only to be told that I had been taken off the books and would have to apply again in 6mths, to be re registered with them! Are you kidding me?! I never received a call or letter informing me of this, just name taken of their records, despite being told last year, that they would be in touch with me! I would like to be re registered immediately and request better communication/service. I always make sure I inform them if any appointment issues, as I know they are busy so I would expect the same courtesy back! Have sent a message, but no reply!

Outstanding Dentist, how all of them should be! Every staff member is friendly and polite, and the place is spotless. I had to book an emergency appointment, and they were so thorough, knowledgeable and quick. It is a shame they aren't taking on NHS patients as they are brilliant! If I ever have another dental emergency - I hope I have to come here!

I have been coming to this practice since it opened and have always received 1st class treatment from the various dentists that have treated me. Arvin (hopefully I have spelt his name correctly) has been treating me for the last few years and he has always been excellent, friendly, polite and always made me feel comfortable no matter how long I was sat in the chair.

Been going here since it opened. The actual dentist who treated me varied a few times to start with, had a bad experience with previous one. I then changed to Adam and I have to say hes great, just wish I had insisted on him earlier. Fills me with confidence unlike previous experience.

I came here today as an emergency appointment, and I was treated so well. I'm an anxious patient but the dentist, Adam, and his assistant who's name I'm sorry I didnt catch, were wonderful. I've been in dreadful pain but it was dealt with carefully and quickly. I can't recommend this surgery enough, I was dreading the appointment but it was a breeze. Thank you very much for today.

I registered here as a new patient but before my first appointment ‘Covid’ happened. During lockdown I twice developed a tooth infection which, following a telephone conversation with a receptionist, was treated with antibiotics prescribed by the very sympathetic dentists who called me back. Recently I saw my new dentist, Marjan, a lovely and gentle lady who told me that said tooth would have to be removed. I was very nervous but the experience was amazing, Marjan talked me through what would happen and the tooth was removed almost before I realized it was gone! What a fantastic dentist, and furthermore every single staff member I have encountered both over the phone and in person has been friendly, courteous and welcoming. I could not be happier to be a patient here.

I have visited this practice on multiple occasions. The reception staff are so friendly, professional and reassuring. I always feel very welcomed by all the staff. I was seen on an emergency appointment and the service and treatment was exceptional. Moved here this month and I'm so glad I did as the service here and how friendly the staff are was so refreshing! Appointment was on time, receptionists were friendly and the dentist was kind and thorough. (compared to feeling patronised and rushed at my last dentist). Would definitely recommend.

My 12 year daughter had to have 2 adult teeth removed due to overcrowding. She was understandably nervous, as was I. I explained to the dentist what her concerns were (seeing the needle and bleeding). The dentist was brilliant. The needle stayed out of sight and she remained in the chair until the bleeding had stopped. He talked her through everything and kept her completely calm. It was a pain and stress free experience for her. She left the dentist smiling (or at least trying given half her mouth was numb). Thank you

Love this place, the staff are really friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Ideal for people that dont like going to the dentist. Always kept very clean inside and parking right outside the door. Would recommend to anyone.

Really like this dentist, have been coming here for about 4 years and they always keep to their appointments and the receptionists and dentist are really nice. My husband had cancelled his appointment as he thought he would be away for work but ended up being at home, he came with me to my appointment and they very kindly fitted him in. Really good service.

Have been using practise for past 9 years the staff from the dentists hygienist to the receptionist have always been fantastic they always call me the day before to remind me of my appointment (which is a godsend with my memory ) and any doubts I may have had visiting during this uncertain time with coronavires were washed away from the moment arriving with how every thing has been set up to the best possible standards .so many thanks to mr vinay nayyar (my dentist) and the team for making patients feel safe while still giving a great service
