I have used this dentist for the last 3yrs ,first I had a female who was really great and understanding , unfortunately she left the practice, I was then put with a male whom after 1 visit I did not like his attitude to my fears went unnoticed, thankfully he retired shortly after and again I was put with a female who totally understood said fears, having said I would definitely recommend..

If you're looking for a dental practice in Southampton I would 100% recommend coming here! I don't usually write reviews but feel like people should know what to expect when they come here. I have been coming here since 2013 and in that time I have seen some change in staff, for the better I would say! The Practice Manager and Receptionist are more than happy to help with any query you may have! You can always get through on the phone when you call up too! The Receptionist try their best to offer you an appointment time that's suitable to you but as you can imagine with anything NHS it's very busy! - but I've never not been able to be seen when needed! The Dentist that I see is very pleasant and explains in detail what it is exactly that you are planning to have done and doesn't leave you in the dark about anything and doesn't push you into any treatment that you're unsure of! The Dental Nurse that usually works with my Dentist is very friendly and reassuring - both making sure I'm as comfortable as can be throughout. I have friends and family that come to this Dental Practice aswell and they too agree with how wonderful the Practice has become.. The Dentists that work there have been there quite a while so you don't have the worry of seeing a different Dentist every check up! They have had a make over of the Practice recently which makes it feel much more welcoming, especially as most people don't particularly enjoy coming to the dentist! All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish and I will be recommending this Practice to anyone that asks for a Dentist in the area!

I had a first class experience at this dentist this morning. It was my first check up in years and was apprehensive before hand. The receptionist was pleasant and polite as was the dental assistant. The dentist himself was very friendly and introduced himself. He asked if I had any concerns specifically about my teeth and proceeded with the check up. Everything was explained along the way and he even talked me through what could be seen on the X-Rays taken. Time was taken to ensure I understood pricing structure for future work and that I was happy to book that in. A real pride is clearly taken in patient value and experience. It’s safe to say I will be going back for more treatment with trust and confidence!

Been here a few years now and the receptionist are friendly and helpful, the dentist I have is great explains treatment to full and I never had that with my last dental practice. They have recently had a re -vamp and it looks lovely in there now. worth trying if your looking for a dental practice.

Nice clean surgery. Friendly reception staff, for saying how many rude people they have screaming at them all day, poor things. And both male dentists I have seen have been very good. Very reasonably priced too. Happy so far.

Excellent Dentistry,I had a broken and semi rotten molar and I was anaesthetised and had the tooth extracted within 15 minutes,Just to say thanks to the Staff/surgeons.

Very good dentist surgery, reception staff are really nice & can always get an appointment when needed urgently, i did have a male dentist which has now left ,he was very good & now i have a lady dentist who is really nice too,i would definitely recommend this dental surgery,never had a problem
