Excellent service, all the staff are very nice, except one receptionist but I'll let you find out which one. The dentist I have {lady} is fantastic, her work is exceptional.

Great service. I Was made comfortable the whole way through a root canal and was continuesly asked if I was okay. Everything was explained clearly & throughly. Really happy with the result.

Very happy. Never have issues booking an appointment and have been very fortunate to get same day emergency appointment recently (thankfully not needed often). My dentist is thorough, gentle and informative and I very rarely have to wait long past my appointment time to be seen.

Not a bad dentist all my treatments have been good, the only issue I have is they are incredibly difficult to get through to them on the phone, and if you book a Saturday appointment they cancel it. I work mon -fri and its difficult to get time off unless I take it unpaid they need to offer a better Saturday service. But the reception staff are always friendly and helpful as are the dentist once you get to see them.

Check ups are very detailed, dentist always advises what to do and how to brush to care for your gums and teeth in the best way. Always reviving text messages, emails about appointments which is great! It's sometimes extremely difficult to get through on the phone.

Very pleasent and polite staff. I am petrified of the dentists as I have had some butchers look at my teeth (from other practices NOT this one I would like to confirm) but due to the courtesy and understanding shown this has enabled me to become significantly less worried. the dental hygienist Mandy Wong is so polite and so is Eleni Tzanetea - very professional and make me feel at ease .I thank them for that otherwise I would not have gone to another dentist - they really ahve restored my faith. Signed in on my wife's account to give this feedback , but she is a Trafalgar patient also. Had a big problem with toothache when my dentist - Herol - was on holiday, but saw Vipan who was really helpful ,and after giving me all the options sorted it out . An extraction was the best option , but he did it really well, without much pain ( less than the toothache !) They are very good here . You can trust them to do the best for you ! Ken .
