My teeth cleaning experience was great! I felt completely comfortable and the experience was painless. Staff were also friendly. Only issue I had is getting in contact with the staff whether this was via phone or email. Booking the appointment took longer than expected due to back and forth and I am still waiting for a response to an email I sent 5 days ago. Other than the lack of communication, everything else was great.

I was extremely anxious when first attending this practise and very nearly cancelled the appointment. I'm so glad that I didn't. Ali and Elena were very understanding and so patient. I have had a lot of dental work in the past and can confidently say my dentist is world class. I was a nervous dental patient who put off going due to my fear. Dr Ali Ostovan has managed to make me comortable with the dentist again through his confidence and willingness to explain everything. A special moment: I was having a dental emergency causing me great pain. When he found I was uncomfortable, he called me personally and arranged an appointment with me on the same day. I am currently having a lot of dental work done by Jack the dentist. He is extremely thorough and his communication is very effective. Nothing is too much trouble. He explains the procedures every time I visit. Katie, one of the dental assistants is very professional. She has been supporting Jack while I have been having treatments. She is a very caring young lady. They both appreciate the barriers and fear some people may experience in going to the densist. The receptionists are very friendly and obliging with the patients and they do their best to help and support the general public. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

Facilities clean and spacious. Just be aware that there is not much parking, but there is a public car park 1 min walk away.

Like most, I am somewhat nervous visiting the Dentist and after cracking my molar, I honestly dreaded booking an appointment. I cannot however express how lovely, down-to-earth and friendly this practice made me feel. From the warm greeting at reception (both on the phone and in person) to the absolute awesome Dentist I had (Dr. Ali), I truly felt I was in capable (and friendly) hands. Today I had 2 fillings with 3 massive injections. I have a huge needle phobia and cried 3 weeks ago when I was told I needed an injection. Sue and Jack were amazing so patient, calm and reassuring. They put my relaxation music on their speak system and talked me through the whole thing. It was no where near as bad as I was expecting, the most difficult part was trying not to gag as Jack did the one right at the back of my mouth. I am genuinely so thankful to them for their support!

Ali and Aliana have been absolutely amazing during my treatments. I’m a really nervous patient, especially when having any sort of work done on my teeth. I’ve had a wisdom tooth removed, a filling and am part way through saving a broken tooth - all with absolutely zero pain and stress. They’re both so lovely and friendly and they ensure you’re comfortable at all times throughout your appointment. Wow, I must say this was one of the most claiming experiences of my life at the dentist. From day one Ive ALWAYS had a fright of the dentist but yesterday’s experience was like no other. I received treatment from two lovely people I have never seen before; my dentist Onkar and his nurse Anca. They ensured that my whole experience was relaxing and smooth the whole way through. They told me everything they was going to do, let me take breaks as and when I wanted too, supported me through the whole treatment and even comforted me when needed. We worked through the treatment at my pace and before I knew it my procedure was done and I was over come with emotions from how quick and amazing this experience was. If you are a new patient or just looking for a easier way forward at the dentist than these are the two people for you. These people felt more than friends than two people I had never met before. Absolutely brilliant dentist! I’m terrified of the dentist and have been since I was a little girl due to bad experiences. They made me extremely comfortable and at ease. They went out of their way to explain everything that was going to be done ect so it put my nerves at ease. I understand they have had a bit of a hard go with staff leaving ect and people’s appointments being cancelled but this isn’t their faults. I would recommend them 100% to anyone! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time, I had a rather horrendous experience previously being given a root canal without anaesthetic and it pretty much traumatised me for life, so I just pretended I could get along with my teeth as they were. I was really nervous having the first appointment but Me Onker (I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling) was very kind and patient, despite how bad I knew my teeth were at that point. There was no judgment at all. After an initial check up I went back to have some roots removed and again he and his assistant were very kind. It has definitely gone a long way to erasing my bad experience 15 years ago and I would definitely recommend Eastleigh Dental Care. The rest of my family are going to transfer over now too. So thank you for great service and putting me at ease throughout.

I had a fantastic experience with Eastleigh Dental Care. They accepted me as a new NHS patient in the middle of lockdown where most other dental practices did not accept new patients for the foreseeable future. I needed a few fillings done. I opted for the private treatment as I wanted the more durable ones. The appointments were prompt and any problem I had they were eager to resolve. The dentist was kind and helpful! He also referred me to the hospital for my wisdom teeth removal. No other dentist had mentioned my wisdom teeth before even though they really need to be taken out. Thank you to the team!

Booked into Eastleigh Dental Care for an emergency appointment having left my original practice because of rude staff. I am terrified of dentist because of a traumatic experience as a child so I was very nervous attending this appointment. When I got there I was instantly put at ease. I saw a love dentist called Onkar Sagoo and his 25 year old dental nurse whose name I've forgotten, and they were such a good team.... The right amount of professionalism, knowledge and humour..And I needed the humour!! After I left I had completely forgotten why I was scared. I will be staying with this dentist from now on.... I had a terrible experience visiting this surgery In August, the stars would not go low enough. I visited again today purely because it was the only NHS dentist and I was still registered, with no local surgeries taking on until 2020. I saw Ali and he was fantastic, addressed my concerns and put my mind at ease, no further treatments and anything required could be resolved at the surgery by him. He restored my faith in this surgery and I would highly recommend him. I also think reception staff have changed and you have a much warmer welcome, someone with common sense and great people skills which makes all the difference. Yesterday on 27th October 2020, I took my wife for examination of one of her tooth decay as she was having pain a week ago. But at this point there was no pain, however we thought to do dental examination. The Dentist cleaned the particular tooth and did a temporary filling saying that it would last for 4 to 6 months. But this filling did not last for even 24 hours, all the filling gone away. I was very disappointed. But I am glad to get a call back from the dental service and I appreciate the promptness of the service provided and I am assured that the problem will be taken care within 2 days and needful will be done.

OK so I read ALL the reviews on here. After going there for the first time. I've had some really bad experiences with dentist in the past & I mean bad unprofessional rude behaviour. However, on my experience of the place. I think the people writing these reviews had a little too much gas and air ( you know what saying son 😉 ) THE place was mad tidy, clean as a whistle, and the staff where all over it like a tramp on chips. The knew exactly what they were doing. These guys have give my confidence back and hopefully in time, my smile. I can't believe I'm saying but I'm actually looking forward to going to the dentist. FYI I was also told that the managerment game has been all shook up and changed.
