B.Another coarse of treatment completed 05/04/22.First my 2 front teeth were rebuilt in the beginning of March,which transformed my smile.Then yesterday I had another filling next to my back molar which was then extracted & then finally all were cleaned. Throughout all this Andrew Wallwork and his staff were tremendous in assuring you were comfortable and well looked after. Again I left with a terrific smile. Once again thanks to everyone at Thornhill Dental.
G. D.I was referred to dental surgeon after another practice tried to remove my tooth and broke it. I was waiting for surgery for months but I would say it has been worth the wait and I had very lovely surgeon, he explained everything. The care and communication throughout was excellent. Gill the nurse was lovely and the dentist.
I have asked to go in there waiting list, they have a very long wait. I will be patient.
Ladies at reception all really nice and helpful.
E. B.Recently had a wisdom tooth extraction. They were really kind especially as I was feeling nervous. They took the time to explain it thoroughly and made me feel calm. The nurse was lovely and held my hand. It was all done very quickly and I didn't feel a thing.

G. D.The most brilliant dental treatment experience I've ever had. Start to finish thoroughly professional, really put me at ease, the assistant was so kind and caring and the dentist managed to remove 2 wisdom teeth and 1 molar (the correct ones I might add) with not the slightest pain nor discomfort. Amazing.
A. G.I've always been very nervous going to the dentist and I hate it, but I've finally found a dentist that I can trust and have faith in after having some bad experiences in the past.
This dentist is excellent, he is calm, helpful, discusses the options & the treatment with you. He talks you through the process, he is in my view a very good dentist, I feel confident having treatment, still a little nervous but I'm in good hands, excellent service from all the staff. I Wouldn't go anywhere else.

T. L.As a retired Dental professional, I find it hard to find a dentist or surgery who meet my expectations. However, Dentist Bettina Runge and her excellent nurse, Charlllotte, work so well together, they don't even need to talk. Making treatment time seamless and efficient. Just as importantly, the receptionist Anita is kind, polite and always willing to help. I'm so lucky to have found them. An appointment there is painless in every way possible.
d. m.They have been a really helpful practice, throughout the lockdown restrictions on NHS dental treatments. I had a molar extracted and they totally put me at ease. Excellent, professional service.

Dentist proficient and did advise when treatment (check up, replacing a filling, clean & polish) meant incrementing to a higher NHS payment band. Dentist made time to complete work done, making a return appointment unnecessary
Staff were polite and helpful. The recent addition of card payment facility made the visit more convenient but
having a website might be a necessary evil in this digital age but it comes with the responsibility of updating it.
The downgrade reflects the embarrassment felt attending an emergency appointment with cost information six months out of date. I'm sure I'm not the first to comment on it either.

M.In December I cracked a tooth and my regular dentist would not go near It so referred me to the hospital they sent me to Thornhill I had to wait a while cos of covid but yesterday my tooth was removed in pieces as expected I can honestly say that I felt no pain from start to finish .an excellent professional thank you so much
t. k.Dental work was great until they kicked me off their books for being Disabled and severely Ill in intensive care instead of attending an appointment. Appalling way to treat someone who is unable to leave the house easily.
