I finally have my full smile back and I am over the moon. I had an old grey root canal that is now brand new and white. I had a grey half tooth taken out and an implant fitted. The teeth were right next to each other so it was not a good look but now they look amazing. I had been putting it off for over 10 year and I am so happy to finally show my full smile. All of the staff are professional and lovely. I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much Waterside Dental Practice.

My dental condition over years of fear of the dentist meant that I required a huge program of work. When I first went to the practice after a recommendation from a friend I told Dr Nikos Louskos that I was very apprehensive about the size of the program that I knew was required. From the first meeting I was relaxed by Dr Nikos' manner and professionalism, he truly cares for his patients. In my case there were a number of options, thoroughly explained, agreed and the program started. Now, I can smile freely where I used to hide my teeth. The self confidence that returns when you can smile freely is wonderful. From the time you walk through the door you will feel cared for as the staff are very efficient, professional, polite and you will feel more than just a patient. I highly recommend Waterside Dental Practice to anyone who is looking for a dental practice who truly value thier patients and can provide your total dental care program.

The dental practice is and always has been, a lovely and friendly experience. Set in a good location off the main road with plenty of parking. Greenery abounds. A bright and modern practice. All the staff are most professional, friendly and efficient. An actual joy to visit the dentist!

I contacted waterside dental clinic about 6 months ago after seeing an advert on Facebook for a free consultation. I can honestly say that this has been the best decision I have ever made. I have never really liked the appearance of my teeth and always smiled with my mouth closed for photos etc. I not only needed cosmetic work, but also extensive restorations, including implants. Now, my whole mouth feels so healthy and I have a smile to be proud of. Nicos is such a perfectionist and his dentistry skills are second to none, his staff are so lovely and make you feel relaxed from the first day you walk through the door. Going to previous dentists used to be a chore, it’s now a pleasure.

Where do I start, I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Nikos Louskos for a root canal treatment! As most people are, I was slightly nervous at the thought of the treatment, however he immediately put me at ease by kindly explaining the procedure in full and answering any questions I had. (Root canal treatments really aren’t that scary!) The procedure itself was completely painless, and if I were to have any dental problems in the future I wouldn’t even consider another dental practice such was the level of professionalism, care and friendliness of Dr Louskos and all at the practice, they really are 1st class! I would highly recommend Waterside dental practice to anyone for root canal treatment or any treatment for that matter, as the quality of the treatment from Dr Louskos really was amazing. When it comes to dental treatment I HATE having work done, ive had so many bad experiences in the past and have never found a dental practice that have made me feel at ease. Waterside dental practice are the BEST!!! The WHOLE team are fantastic, the receptionist is very welcoming and so lovely, the dental nurse Donna held my hand for the needle and explained what was happening throughout the whole procedure alongside of Christos, who also made me feel so at ease and chatted and explained everything throughout. I have never met a nicer team and dont feel anxious about returning for the rest of my work needing done. Thank you waterside dental Team!

The team at Waterside Dental are professional, kind and caring. I have experienced painful and upsetting dental visits to other dentists in the past and thus am a very nervous patient. Nikos and his team have actually 'cured' my fear of dentists. What an amazing experience! I recently acute pain in an healthy tooth and have seen both Dr Harris for diagnosis and Dr Nikos for diagnosis and treatment. Very accurate and very informative during the process and managed to have same day review and treatment as I was in a terrible pain. No words can describe how amazing my treatment was. The only thing I will say is that I was so relaxed during the treatment that Dr Nikos did that I almost fall asleep!!. All that in the most competitive price! Amazing thank you again!

Outstanding patient care and quality of work. I suffer with anxiety due to past dental treatment experiences, Nikos was very understanding of this, took his time to explain everything to me and make me feel as relaxed as possible. He also took extra care when it came to numbing to make sure I wouldn't feel any pain at all throughout the whole treatment. I have had several appointments in the last year and a half including a root canal treatment and my anxiety is gone. Would 100 % recommend!

I have also been a little bit anxious when going to the dentist due to a huge needle phobia. I have always had root canals and fillings with no anesthetic because they scare me so much! I have had various treatments at Waterside including general dentistry and cosmetic and its the most comfortable treatment I have ever had. They have a special machine to make injections painless and it doesn't even look like a needle! The staff are always very professional, accommodating and lovely. Everything is always explained to me and completed on my terms when I'm ready, there is no pressure. Not only has Nikos got my mouth back to health but Harry has also improved my smile massively, although other dentists have tried and failed previously. I am so happy and grateful to Waterside. Visited the dental centre about two weeks ago. My tooth broke while chewing something hard. It had already been treated at another dental centre but apparently it was poorly treated. Dr Louskos made me aware of the damage caused and the ways to treat it. In the end, I needed a filling which he carried out very meticulously. Along the way he made me feel comfortable using some jokes while being professional at the same time. Highly recommended!

Had dental treatment here recently, saw Harry. He was excellent, has a great sense of humour, even when I mistakenly thought he said "bite" and I bit his finger which was in my mouth!! Outstanding! I cannot recommend Mr Louskos and all his team enough! Fantastic! My 19 year old daughter had a fall on the evening of the 3 April and badly broke her two front teeth. After a long evening at A&E I made contact with Waterside Dental Practice (our own family dentist) early on the morning of 4th April. We were seen at lunchtime and Mr Louskos and his team spent more than 2 hours reconstructing her front teeth and the results are simply fabulous! Mr Louskos was calm, collected, friendly, empathetic and above all professional with great technical expertise. His team, Donna and Holly were professional and empathetic and sacrificed their lunchtime to support my daughter through a traumatic episode. Danica, the Practice Manager was there offering support and reassurances throughout and carried out a dental impression for 'retainers'. Thank you all for providing such great customer care and I have no hesitation in highly recommending the practice.

I had had recurring discomfort that really needed a root filling but kept putting it off as it needed to be done through an existing crown. I have had the work completed with two appointments at Waterside. Everything was explained to me in detail in terms of what needed to be done. The work was carried out to exceptionally high standards and has resulted in the crown still in place, no pain and no swelling to the gum which had been there for years. I had no pain during the treatment, was kept informed throughout and highly recommend this practice. I am delighted with the outcome.

I've just come back from having a really deep filling, I was in the chair for over 30mins but the only pain I had was in the wallet. Nikos is a 'concerned' dentist; in that he is really concerned about your well being and making sure you are kept informed of what's going to happen, possible outcomes, and what is happening. The filling was so well done I nearly fell asleep - true. Its only the cost that prevents 5 stars - but all dental costs are high these days.
