I’ve been a patient for around 38 years, all the members of staff have never been anything but helpful ,polite and friendly, from six monthly check ups, to my most recent visit for an infection in my gum, Hughes and Owen Dental Care have always been efficient and professional and come highly recommended from me

I have only given 4 stars because I`m a very nervous patient and enjoying a visit to the dentist has never been at the top of my list However.The surgery is bright and airy and reception staff are very warm and friendly. I have only been treated by two members of the dental team, Paul and Christina, both of whom were sympathetic and extremely professional, caring and very tuned in to nervous patients. I can thoroughly recommend this practice -nervous patient or not!

Receptionists are really approachable and friendly. My dentist Mrs Davies is up to date with procedures and equipment and advises on the best possible treatment, as well as being entertaining, yes there is such a thing as your dentist making you laugh!!

During lockdown my needs were met with a simple phone call and medication. A call from my dentist followed to ask the results, plus an update on their situation. Call then followed to offer an appointment. Talked through the precautions, which could not have been more thorough.
