s. b.I've had my braces on for nearly 3 years now and the staff have always been so kind and caring during the process, they truly do care and I am so grateful for what they have done for me, and never failing to make me smile and be excited for the final results! In particular I had an appointment today (5/9/22) with a lady who is the absolute sweetest and really made my visit today memorable and I have had her many times during my journey and it really does show how much she values her patients one by one and adores her job, I have been made to feel so comfortable and never nervous not even on the first appointment because of how they are. So thank you so much!! 5 stars from me :)!!!
E. k. C.My Son finished Treatment here with Grant last year and, after following his expert aftercare advice, his teeth are still perfect. Luckily, Grant agreed to take us on mid-treatment after a move from overseas left us with no Orthodonist, but it was a very smooth transition, even with the unusual/older method of braces my son had. Each visit was informative and my teenager really trusted Grant. We would both highly recommend a visit if you want expert treatment from professionals who really care about your best interests, listen to you and give you options, too. I will be taking my youngest there, when she is old enough to have the treatment it's looking like she'll need.

Z. F.I have been attending Stoke orthodontics for around 4 years now and I can say I am truly satisfied with the service I have received here. The staff here have excellent communication skills and are very helpful when enquiring. Stoke orthodontics also regularly send a text message reminder before the appointment so you do not forget. I especially want to mention my orthodontist Dr Shamaila Javaid because she has been excellent over these last 4 years. Through each visit, she explains to me the next steps for my braces and explains how the process is going to be and always asks if I have any concerns or questions. Dr Shamaila is very easy to communicate with and has always been very kind- she is very dedicated and committed to her patients and always provides the best service! My teeth have had a tremendous transformation and Dr Shamaila has made me feel confident in my smile again which I am so grateful for. Through any procedures, she will always ask I am okay and how I am feeling and you can have a very genuine chat with. She is going to be one member I will miss when I no longer attend Stoke Orthodontics.

V. W.I made the decision as an older adult to get fixed braces! I chose stoke orthodontics and wow they do not disappoint. I went for the ceramic style brace on my top set. The staff are very friendly and even my appointments through lockdown were always very professional. Had them on for just over 12 month and the results are just amazing. I would highly recommend stoke orthodontics to anyone thinking of having braces. I even went back for the whitening treatment. Thank you very much for giving me the confidence to smile again!! ❤️
