M. B.Amazing dentist! I have an extreme phobia of dentists, but knew i needed some help. All involved were really helpful and non-judgmental with all my coping strategies (which includes placing a scented tissue over my nose!). Dentist was kind and went at my own pace, reception went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Professional and courteous, the dentist did a brilliant job with what was needed, and my teeth look great!
S. B.Recently moved to the area and unfortunately my crown broke. Very friendly and helpful receptionist who managed to fit me in the next day after I had registered. I am petrified of going to the Dentist everyone was very supportive. Homa and her dental nurse were amazing they took the time to go through everything step by step and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this practise.
K. R.Wonderful Dental Practice. Vanessa is brilliant. You feel as a patient like you are with a friend as she welcomes you into the reception. Immediately calming you with a friendly smile and easy conversation. Vanessa has natural empathy teamed with a calm confidence that is so reassuring. You stop feeling anxious and know that you are in safe hands. How you feel before you even get in the chair is very important. The whole experience starts the minute you walk in the door. Vanessa is a real asset to your practise, your patients and your dentists.
Homer is the best dentist I have ever visited. She explaines everything and I have total trust in her. It started on the 1st ever visit where she took that extra few minutes to see me as a person and understand how my dental anxiety affected my whole experience. She gives that little extra reassurance and always checks I'm ok during any procedure.
Vanessa and Homer are my dental top team. Vanessa gets me in the chair calm and Homer gets the job done brilliantly.

H.Homa is a really good dentist, she has seen me for emergency treatment as well as routine and is really caring and sensitive with my treatment, she explains everything and puts me at ease and nothing she has done has hurt me at all, I feel like she really knows what she's doing and is very professional. Vanessa on reception is fantastic, so lovely and friendly and I can tell she goes above and beyond for the patients, she is so busy all the time and yet is always so calm and reassuring with a lovely telephone manner and just as lovely face to face!

Really thankful for the help that was given to me (especially as I had missed an appointment the week before)x Always very helpful, friendly. Really good service. B. V.My youngest daughter was in agony all weekend, and I couldn't find a dentist to look at her. We've recently moved to a completely new area, so we have been struggling terribly to find a dentist that is taking on new patients. I'm so grateful for Vanessa at My Dentist in killay, as she really did work her magic to get my daughter an emergency appointment. I was nervous about the dentist but since joining my dentist in killay they have made me feel at ease. Homa the dentist is amazing and always explains what she is going to do and makes you feel relaxed before she continues with the treatment! Definitely worthy of 5 stars !

Vanessa the receptionist is very welcoming and helpful even when she’s really busy she still has time for a smile and to put you at easy. The pair of them never stop and are always working hard but they never let the pressure affect their quality of work and service. Cannot recommend this dental team highly enough. 😀

I phoned up and spoke to Vanessa who was very polite and a pleasure to deal with!
She put me on an emergency list for when things get back to normal ( Covid 19 is obviously affecting the surgery)
Everything turned out amazing as I found them but I would like to add I have been with this practice for a number of years and will continue to do so!
In my opinion they are friendly and efficient and I always leave with a smile.

L. S.I contacted my dentist in Killay today as my front crown had come out so it was a bit of an emergency . I spoke to Vanessa and she could tell that I was stressed. She called me back within seconds to offer me an appointment for today. When I arrived , Vanessa immediately put my mind at rest and confirmed that it would be sorted today. Vanessa is such a lovely person and they are so lucky to have her there. She really goes above and beyond for her patients . When my time came to have my treatment with the dentist Homa, there was some extra work that needed doing but Homa explained everything clearly and ensured that I was comfortable with the treatment and that I wasn’t in any pain. She sorted the problem with no fuss and no pain either (thankfully). I have been a patient in a few different dentists due to house moves over the hours and I can honestly say that this is the best dentist I have been to and they fully deserve the 5 star rating.
