I had an appointment today with the hygienist at the Swindon branch for air flow therapy. A descale and cleaning method that's fairly new to the practice. I found it so much better than other ways of descaling, a bit splashy but less harsh. Outcome was brilliant as it seemed to get into all the nooks and crannies, I was very pleased with end result. I would imagine this would suit my husband who has sensitive teeth and doesn't enjoy a descale!! I would recommend however that you don't wear a full face of make up for this appointment!

Very pleased with the level of service that I have received. I decided to use Aurora for a second opinion and I am glad I did. A really nice personal welcome, lovely clean practice. Dr Amro was a pleasure to speak to, he explained everything and I found him very reassuring and provided me with some very good advice. Nothing was rushed and I am confident I made the right decision to switch to this practice.

I recently found Aurora online and the second I called them they were so responsive and on the ball. I was booked in for the same day. I was extremely nervous when I arrived as I’ve had bad experiences with other dental practices before but I can honestly say, I’ve never looked forward to going back to a dentist before and in this case I truly am excited. They’re different to any other and genuinely only care about helping you get the care your teeth need and making sure you’re comfortable. Will never go anywhere else, I completely trust Aurora and the staff.

I don't usually leave reviews but this one is well deserved! I had my appointment with Natalia. She gave me a few options and recommended the best treatment for me. Natalia is kind and well mannered person. She explained every step of my treatment. It made me feel very comfortable thought the whole visit. Even though it isn't the cheapest place I will be coming back and recommending Natalie to others.

I have finally found a great dentist and hygienists, I am a nervous person when it comes to going to the dentist as I had a bad one in the past however since coming to Aurora everyone there are kind and patient. I have just had a wisdom tooth out and felt no pain what so ever. It's a wonderful feeling to finally find a great dentist who really cares. If you are looking for a dentist then look no further. The receptionists are wonderful too. Today I went to see my Hygienist and she used the new Air Flow machine it was wonderful it used warm water as was painless. My teeth felt superb. I would recommend it to everyone so worth the money.

I am very impressed with the clinic and the services they provide. Doctor Lucas was very professional, thorough and did a wonderful job on my tooth. I am very happy with the end result. Fantastic staff who were extremely helpful with getting me in for an emergency appointment on the same day within hours of calling. Helpful advice from all dentists, nurses and reception staff who can't do enough for you. Will be recommending to all family and friends!
