A.Went to the Brunel Dental practice in emergency, they gave me appointment for emergency and the staff to doctor, everyone was so cooperative. My kid is 8 years old but he got no fear of dental treatment, the way dentist treated him. I got so impressed that i registered my other two kids in the same practice. Will highly recommend this practice. Many thanks to the whole staff.
T. P.I was impressed with the efficiency and thorough professionalism shown at the reception and by the dentists on my 2 visits to the Brunel dental practice. They explained everything they were doing, pointed out the problems with my teeth, regarding the creation of a mandibular device, having taken a number of X-rays. I was called back for a second visit and the dentist gave me a comprehensive explanation of why a device would not work on my teeth. I was further impressed when a full refund of the fee paid, was made.
I throughly recommend this practice.

B. S.I had my first consultation recently and straight away, was very impressed by the COVID safe measures in place at the practice; including multiple hand sanitiser points. The receptionist was cleaning down her work area as I arrived and put on a fresh pair of gloves to hand me the forms I needed to complete and to take my temperature - this was before I could even enter the waiting room so I felt very reassured of the measures in place. The consultation itself was also very well managed, I am not yet ready for the Invisalign treatment I initially enquired about and Dr Wandrekar talked me through all of my questions clearly and set out a treatment plan to get me to where I wanted to be - the sort of care you would not get by simply ordering aligners via mail. I felt in very safe hands and am looking forward to receiving the team's help to reach my goals. 10/10 would recommend!

Went to NHS Ambience Dental in town, who tried to get me to have a root canal - heck no. Ambience gave me some work done, that came out less than 2 hours later whilst drying to have a drink of water...
Came to this dental practice after 2 years of just living with broken teeth, 4 sessions at a decent price that worked for me to get a proper fix done - am really happy with the results, staff are really friendly and actually remember your face. Am actually really glad to smile, and not feel uncomfortable showing my front teeth now.

C. S.I believe I'm one of the 'longest serving' patients at the practice having been taken there by my mother well over 50 years ago. I'd not had a very good experience with the school dentist and Bill Dempster, who owned the practice at the time, turned things around and made me smile again! Going forward I was always very satisfied with the dental treatment I received from John, Alwyn and now Syd and his team - who are very personable and professional. Going to the dentist might not be our first choice for the day but the friendly welcome from Sue and Mandy always gets things off to a good start. Thanks to you all.
