My son who is 7 has been here several times now and he had this scary vision of the dentist like every other kid who hasn’t been before. But he is actually excited to go now I think that says it all. Everybody we have seen has been very polite, professional and very gentle with my son. I definitely recommend.

As a former soldier who enjoyed the huge privilege of medical & dentistry care provided by HM services for over 28 years I can objectively report that the BUPA HIGHWORTH Dental Surgery is second to none in leadership, surgery management and dental care. I recently had a dental emergency and was in significant pain. Not only did the surgery accommodate me the same day, at extremely short notice, the emergency care was both exemplary and incredibly reasonably priced. Believe me, I would have paid a lot more for getting me out of that level if pain. Thank you team for all you do! … from the front of house receptionist, to the dental nurses and Hygienist and Dentists … you’re the best !

The hygienist I have seen for 18 years was not available for an appointment until early next year and was really needing to see someone ..from the first point of contact they made booking very simple..on arrival the receptionist and all other staff were very welcoming and friendly.. Hygienist was so patient and made me feel comfortable instantly. She really was gentle as I dread these appointments especially as it was a new environment. I can honestly say it was pain free as I have very sensitive teeth and even with the limited treatment because of the restrictions, an amazing job was done! I'm really pleased I have found this lovely practice. Thank you all so much !

We have recently been recommended The Highworth Dental practice in Sheep Street ,Highworth. My partner Jed had an issue with his tooth/gum and as his previous Dentist had retired we were looking for a new one. I phoned and explained and that we had been given the name of Dr Richard Stevens and asked if he was taking on new patients. We were lucky on two counts in that he was taking on new patients and had a cancellation that day. So Jed went along, the immediate atmosphere when you walk in is friendly and as relaxing as it can be with a visit to the dentist. The Receptionist was welcoming and we both completed the registration forms. We particularly like the way the Dentists/Nurses actually come to collect the next patient. Unfortunately Jed needed an extraction which could be done then. He felt at ease and we were both impressed with the professional and kind manner that we were both dealt with. The Practice have phoned today to check that Jed is OK, a really caring touch showing to us that you are an individual and not just a number. I know that we have only made one visit but our first impressions are excellent. 5 stars

Did seem to have an issue with an ever revolving different dentist each time I visited. I am pleased to say the 'team' seems to be much more stable now though. Having said that all dentist both in the past and currently were/are always very professional and helpful. Hygienists are also all very pleasant and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.

This dentist is a dream and the service is always fab. I started work in Cardiff last year and am still a member as I think they are worth travelling for when I have an appointment. Ive had bad dentist experiences in the past and definitely trust Magdalena as she has done such a great job on the work i've had. It is just fitting in my appointments around work nowadays! Thanks team for being amazing!

Zahra was amazing and really put me at ease. I haven’t been to the dentist for 7 years due to previous negative experiences and was very anxious about my appointment. But she reassured me throughout and took things at a comfortable pace that worked for me! I can’t thank her enough :) Would highly recommend this practice, particularly for people who may be feeling a bit nervous, like I was.
