I have been using this practice for 5 years and always had very good customer service, including a problem with a tooth during the lockdown of 2020. In June 2022 I broke a filling and was given a prompt appointment. Aikusa is the new dentist at the practice and she had a calm, reassuring, professional, and friendly approach. She did a great job of repairing the filling without any pain being caused. I find the practice a bit expensive compared with other local private dental practices, but worth it for the confidence I have in the care Aikusa and the team takes.

Very pleasant experience for me and my fiancé. Our dentist, Dr. Aikusa Hacatrjana, was very patient with us both and did everything to make the experience stress free. We had plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and had lots of advice - the fact that the dental chair has a computer screen in view so you can see everything the dentist is looking at was a massive bonus too - didn’t feel cheated or misinformed which has often happened to me in NHS practices before. Personally I’ve been trying to find a non-NHS dentist that isn’t just trying to rush me out of the chair, and Aikusa definitely made us feel like we mattered as customers and gave us all the time we needed for our appointment. Prices were also very competitive, so will definitely be coming again!

I have been a patient since Sam took over the practice. In that time, I feel the level of treatment and care I have received has been excellent. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and have made my young daughter feel comfortable from her first appointment. I have regular check-ups, and though they have occasionally been cancelled they have always been rearranged within a reasonable time frame, usually the following week. Additionally, I have found it quite helpful that they proactively contact you around the time your next regular appointment is due if you haven’t booked one in already. On a few occasions I have called with concerns regarding my teeth and have always been able to gain an emergency appointment within 24 hours. Through the pandemic I have been grateful to be able to continue my regular check-ups, when the government restrictions have allowed the practice to be open, and have been very happy and comfortable with the safety precautions they have put in place.
