A. R.I have been to many dentists in my 48 years and have never had such a fantastic experience as I did on Tuesday ! I had trouble with my back tooth for 3 years and have avoided going to get it checked out. When I went to Ebenezer and spoke to Matt he was great and I felt no pain when I had my mouth numbed and he took my tooth out ,the relief was instant. Matt is now my new dentist and look forward to the next time ! (Strange saying that out loud )😂 thanks Matt from Mr pain free !
H. A. g. H. a.I first came here when I broke an old NHS veneer. I was getting married and I had been self conscious over my badly repaired teeth for years. Matt gave me a smile to be proud of. He has also been wonderful with my children; calming their anxieties and giving them first rate dental care. He’s not just a brilliant dentist, he’s a really patient one! My daughter was extremely frightened of visiting a dentist, but coming here and seeing Matt has turned that around completely. My husband and all my children come here now, and it is more than worth the money. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Every member of staff is pleasant and highly skilled. Even the receptionists are lovely!

m. f.I have come to this Practise for many years and could not recommend enough coming from someone that was once so terrified of dental treatment. ( I now have no issues whatsoever) I truly believe I am getting the best of treatments both from a dental perspective and long term care. The whole team really are passionate, professional and will go out their way to make your visit as best it can be. From having its own car park through to reception and the dental team the professionalism and passion for good customer service is obvious. When I hear of the basic customer service experience that others still get from their dentist practises I appreciate and know how lucky I am. Every dentist experience should be like an Ebenezer experience.
K. S.I was recommended to this practice by a work colleague 25 years ago when i first moved to the Swindon area. While the people may have changed over the years the ethos and care hasn't. We continue to feel that we get superb dental care with people we greatly like and trust. We would particularly recommend Ebenezer House to anyone who feels the slightest bit nervous about visiting the dentist - and that used to include me!

K. S.My Dentist retired and I was looking for another when a relation said you should try Steve he’s brilliant and gave me his phone number. I made an appointment for check-ups for my wife and myself and was delighted with the friendly reception we received. Steve immediately put my wife at ease as she has always had a fear of dentists, since we both have had fillings and used the hygienists and the treatment has been excellent.
We feel that we have been very fortunate to have found this dental practise and an added bonus is that they have their own car park at the rear.
We would highly recommend this dental practise.
M. F.My wife and I have been lucky enough to use this dental surgery for many years - since the 1980's. Matt is our dentist now and we are both very pleased with the excellent service we get. Going to the dentist is never going to be high on the list of preferred activities, but Matt and the other staff (Cerys on the front desk and our hygienist) make the visit as pleasurable as is possible.

K. S.We both are delighted with our treatment at Ebenezer House so we recommended it to our daughter who was petrified of dentists and whose previous treatment was carried out under general anaesthetic.
Steve invited her into his surgery where he explained and showed her all the procedures, this put her mind at rest and she has since had treatment also she has introduced our granddaughter to the surgery for treatment and both are delighted with their treatment.
