T. H.Fantastic dental practice, the reception staff are very helpful and polite- it's great when you walk in there you are greeted with a smile. I can't praise Makhosi highly enough he has taken the time to explain everything to me regarding what I need and he takes his time and is very thorough. I'm so glad I changed from Hungerford to here I can't praise the practice enough. Keep doing what your doing 😃 this practice is a credit to the dental profession.

P.The service has always been A+ from the staff at reception to the dental practitioners. My only minor gripe (doesn't affect my score) is that often I'm given a 'starts at' figure for my treatment which is a little open ended to say the least. When we are all counting the pennies at the mo I think it should be standard practice to be aware of how much treatment will cost in advance. I'm having two extractions but all I've been told is extractions start at £99. Helpful? Not really . . . .

J. S.Always have Karl for my appointments who is an absolute credit to the practice, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
All the staff are incredible and so calming. I've always had a major fear of the dentist from a young age, but I have been going here since they opened and Karl talks through everything to put me at ease. The dental nurses are amazing, the receptionists are very helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone. Once I saw Vesela for urgent treatment when Karl was fully booked and again she is absolutely amazing.
The best team and dental practice ever.
I went this week for treatment and I was that calm and relaxed I nearly fell asleep in the chair when Karl was doing his work. Never thought I could say that about a trip to the dentist.

My partner & I switched to this practice many years ago and have always found Vesela to be focused on offering the best care, patient service, and advice to us. She has such an honest, caring, & friendly character; it is a pleasure to visit her practice. I walked in this morning to book an appointment for a dodgy tooth. The receptionist spoke to Vessy, and she managed to fit me in there and then. When Vessy & Jessy are together, they have an almost telepathic link, making it a quick and painless visit. It is never about the money, just great affordable patient care, way above any previous practice we have attended. I would give 6+ stars if I could.
