Receptionist staff are very polite and helpful.
My dentist Prichay Kaushal was fantastic today extracting my back tooth painlessly and quickly.
I was nervous but he put me at ease .

L. C.I have the biggest phobia of the Dentist from when I was younger, I had a cap put on my front tooth when I was 11 and over the years its moved I lost my confidence and my smile. But thanks to Aamil at mydentist he has been amazing from start to finish I have my new plate which is temporary but it has changed my life already thank you for being patient with me thank you to the dental nurses and the rescepton staff your all very welcoming. Can't wait to see it all finished massive thank you 🙏

C. A.The best dentist I have ever been too. The receptionists are fantastic, the dentists are amazing. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to dentists. I had a root canal done today by Aamil and he was amazing throughout the procedure. He talked me through everything and was so gentle. The dental nurse was fantastic too. I cannot fault anyone here. But after a couple of appointments, including a tooth extraction I can assure you I am very happy with their service. The staff are very friendly, the place is clean and neat, and dr Hina is amazing! She let me feel very comfortable as I always get nervous there, and she did an amazing job. Highly recommended service! Thank you so much!
N. T.They’re always 20-30 mins late is my only complaint. But receptionists and the Dentist are incredibly helpful. Been with them long time and things only getting better except for the wait times , which is understandable.
C. t.I have been coming to this practise for a few years and never had an issue. During an appointment with a new dentist I had a couple of minor concerns with the treatment I received (more to do with attitude than actual dentistry). After bringing this to the attention of the reception staff (who are lovely) I was booked in with Neli and Elia to check the work done previously. Both these ladies are incredibly kind and reassuring. They are patient and friendly and don’t make you feel rushed. They fully explain what is being done and explain why - always ensuring you’re happy. Can not fault them at all. The reception staff are equally as kind and friendly. Although I had a less than satisfactory visit, I would not hesitate to go back to this practice as I know that they will go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction. Can not rate them all highly enough.
