I had a tooth break on Sunday evening. I was able to see Patrick on Monday afternoon and by Wednesday morning it was all sorted. He made a point of remembering the relaxing background music I had requested and the work was done very proficiently with virtually no pain. Highly recommended.

Patrick is personable and professional, Becky (Hygienist) is thorough and also professional. Inevitably, with such great service, demand will out-strip supply, especially under current covid-19 restrictions. Reception probably have a tough job to deal with this but I have always found them to be pleasant and efficient. Thank you all for your hard work.

I went to have a filling with Patrick the dentist and can totally recommend him, it was a big filling and the whole process did not cause me any pain,I was surprised. He used gel to numb my gum and then a computer driven injection system, which was so different than the old fashioned way.Having been anxious of dental work all my life. I was very surprised. The building and surroundings promote relaxation as well....Patrick is a very clever dentist.

Brilliant Dentist, Would Recommend Patrick to anyone. Friendly and Professional. I personally fear the Dental chair like a lot of people I know, but Patrick made it easy for me to have treatment and put me at ease every time I visited. I've just returned from having root canal treatment and I have to say it was a doddle. Massimo carried out the treatment, he covered the infected tooth with a rubber dam which enabled me to swallow and breath without worrying about water going down my throat. I don't think any one can say they love going to the dentist, but I would definitely not be scared if another tooth has to be treated for root canal in the future - and I was definitely very scared when I first entered the surgery. I was made to feel at ease as soon as I walked in by Massimo and his assistant (sorry I've forgotten her name, but she was lovely) and this continued throughout the treatment.

Manners is Priceless: Receptionist manner needs to be desired. Very blunt and not helpful. I was referred to this clinic. The work they carried out was excellent. Now I am being bluntly told that they cannot look see referrals for 2 years. I told her I really liked the clinic and did not want to go back to the other one. She was not at all helpful so I have to wait 6 months before I can use this clinic. I don't think I will bother. Shame really because the service I got from them least time was excellent.
