Cannot recommend Phil and his team enough. I am a very nervous patient sadly due to bad childhood experience’s with lots of drilling and after years of sub standard previous treatment i turned to Phil to replace old fillings and save some of my back teeth. I haven’t looked back and cannot recommend him enough. He explains everything so you understand he’s reassuring and really cares about your teeth. Phil offers sedation which if you are like me makes the entire experience one you don’t need to worry about at all. All the staff are friendly and kind especially on reception. I can’t thank you enough for what you’ve done and your caring compassionate expertise i wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. Leah 😁

I am SO glad and relieved that I trusted the reviews and went to see Phillip. After 10 years of being afraid to go to a dentist (after a really painful injection and brutal treatment) I lost a filling and had no choice to go. Luckily I chose Smile for Life, based on the reviews, and it has totally overcome my fears. I didn't even feel the injection in my mouth and the drilling and filling was completely pain-free. Phillip Davies is a genuinely nice, caring person, who is calm and friendly and explains everything in a reassuring way and his dental work was brilliant. I highly recommend him and look forward to getting more dental work done and getting my teeth back to their best. THANK YOU!!

I needed an emergency appointment and the surgery fitted me in the day after my call. The dentist, Philip Davies, was exceptional. He truly consulted with me and enabled to understand his diagnosis and the treatment options. A first class service.

I have been terrified about going to the dentist for over 50 years but I will now, without hesitation, make an appointment with Phil Davies. Gentle, sympathetic, re-assuring and totally understanding of your fear, he will take time to explain everything to you. I can honestly say that I have never, ever experienced any pain, whatsoever, over the half dozen or so appointments that I have had with him. If you are being sedated and are needle-phobic . . . fear not . . . your arm is frozen with a few drops of fluid so that you don’t even feel the injection! I cannot recommend him highly enough.

After having severe toothache all weekend, I contacted Mr Davies out of hours as an unregistered emergency and he was fantastic in assuring me he could see me asap. Monday morning he called me to say he had a cancellation that day and could get me in for sedation and extraction if necessary. I was so grateful! Thinking that I would have to wait weeks to have sedation was so distressing, only a nervous patient would understand that worry which consumes your thoughts 24/7. Mr Davies was fantastic, very reassuring, patient and explained things thoroughly. I have now made an appointment to register with Mr Davies and have him as my regular dentist. I can't thank him enough!

I cannot recommend Phil and his team enough ! I have always been nervous of the dentist after bad experiences since breaking my front tooth in half 11 years ago... On my first consultation I already felt better about my teeth when he improved the look of the old front filling . Today I've had further work done to completely transform my front tooth and couldn't be happier to actually smile properly again. Phil is so understanding and puts you at ease , always explains things and reassures you throughout the whole procedure. They always try and fit you in as soon as possible and work around you. I would recommend Phil and his team to anyone , especially if you are a nervous patient... I won't be going anywhere else that's for sure, I can't thank them enough 😊
