L. B.My experience here was fine. I purchased the Classic Scale and Polish, which is the middle of their three hygiene options. The receptionist estimated that the appointment would take 40 minutes.
I arrived and my appointment started 10 minutes after scheduled. They did an ultrasonic cleaning and a polish. I was finished after 20 minutes. If this was supposed to be the middle-range appointment, I don't know what the Express service involves. I can't imagine my service being any faster than it was. I almost felt like I received an express service while I had paid for the classic.
The hygienists were very nice and caring about my comfort, and they did a thorough job.

Like many I am on the long waiting list for a dentist down here in Cornwall, but want to make sure I keep my mouth healthy in the meantime. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and considerate; making every visit easy and effortless.

R.It was my first visit after a recommendation from my brother. Had a very warm welcome from the receptionist. I don't know what it was but It smelt gorgeous in there. It was clean, bright and inviting. After a small wait I was seen by one of the hygienists who was very welcoming. Sat me down and asked why I had come in, we discussed it and then he did the whole mouth clean and finished it off with a polish. Felt like 5 star treatment.
Was given lots of useful information to go home with, and have booked another appointment in a couple of months.

It’s much easier to get an appointment here than at my own dentist, and the treatment is far superior and not rushed.
Reece was really calming, and very patient, gave great tips on brushing technique.

The dentist was really nice! She was patient and very attentive. She took her time and kept asking if I was ok. Afterwards, I saw my teeth and they looked fantastic! My smile was more confident. My tartar and plague were gone. I would fully recommend this place. You wont regret it.
