My daughter had her whole journey of straightening her top and bottom teeth with the practice. She was looking forward to getting them done, a bit anxious as this isn't her usual dental practice, but she needn't have worried. Everyone was helpful, approachable and explained everything in detail, which was good as due to covid she went in mostly on her own and had to relay everything back to me.

I decided at the age of 44 to have have my crooked teeth and over bite sorted out. I went to River Practice as my son had already been treated there previously and been very pleased with the results. The service I received was fantastic. The lovely ladies on reception are always friendly and do their best to accommodate your preferred appointment time. The first assessment was accurate and I was given a clear idea of the process. The x rays and moulds of my teeth were completed by a efficient and friendly practitioner. Jeremy's dental nurse is friendly, efficient and reassuring. Finally after I have to say Jeremy's persistence with my awkward teeth has paid off and I am delighted with the results. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I was fortunate enough to win a completely free dental treatment plan worth £2000 from the River Practice! I'd quite recently lost noticeable portions of my top incisors after an accident, I also hadn't been able to see a dentist in years due to frequently moving across the UK. Sufficed to say, the state of my teeth had been really demoralising for some time, but even after just half of my appointments, I felt unrecognisably better about my appearance and so much more confident. Most importantly to me, every member of staff I met were delightfully friendly and helpful. They all helped to make it a very wholesome experience, despite the context which I can only imagine would have been otherwise horrifying for someone as phobic of dentistry as myself. To top things off, they even gave me a free electric toothbrush! I really couldn't be any more grateful for every aspect of the service I received and I'd certainly recommend this practice to anyone in the area. Many thanks :)

Jeremy and his team have been fantastic with my treatment following an accident to my upper teeth. Their quick response has helped me keep my own teeth and after 8 months of work are looking amazing. My son was nervous about braces but one year on and they are just off, he followed the rules for wearing then and kept them clean.. His teeth are perfect and he had no problems at all and they did not affect his life. He says it was well worth it. Absolutely brilliant service from every single person at River Practice. Excellent treatment and it only took a year. Lovely staff as well. My only criticism would be that some of the staff didn't introduce themselves before looking in my mouth. It wouldn't take long for them to say "Hello, my name is..." beforehand and it would put parents and patients alike at ease. Other than this it was brilliant. They fixed the wire quickly when it broke a few times and explained clearly how to care for each part of the braces process.

I now have my last set of clear removable aligners. And after less than a year of treatment to close a large gap between my upper front teeth. Which also have crowns fitted to them. Really friendly, reassuring staff. I had goofy teeth with a massive gap in between my front teeth. After wearing twin blocks and braces I am the smiliest person ever! Before I had the treatment I never showed my teeth and put my hand in front of my mouth when I laughed. Now I have never been so confident with my teeth! Really, really pleased with the result! I was very scared about the twin blocks and the braces but everyone I saw at the practice reassured me. The retainers are fab, you can't see them at all and make my teeth look polished!
