I came for a check up and a filling and saw a lovely female dentist (sorry I don’t know her name). She really made me feel at ease with her gentle nature as I’m not a fan of going to the dentists!! Everything went smoothly and I actually enjoyed my visit😁all the staff were lovely and friendly. The practice looks spotlessly clean.

Such a friendly team of staff who go above and beyond to help with any queries. Always felt at ease and in good hands. I am absolutely made up with how my treatment turned out and can't stop showing off my smile whenever a camera is about! Highly recommended.

Excellent service. I wasn't kept waiting by the hygienist and she explained everything she was doing in a calm and friendly manner. I am usually a nervous patient but not at this practice. They all make you feel calm and relaxed. I've also seen Mr Mirza the dentist and he is soooooo good, as are his team. He didn't ever try to get me to have more expensive trearment than I needed. Reception staff are very efficient and friendly. My next appointment is already booked I highly recommend this dental practice.

I've been a client at Appleton Park Dental Surgery for many years now. It has changed hands several times to date but each time the service has improved. Unfortunately treatment is now private, but a recent course of inspection, hygenist and filling was exceptional bordering on a pleasant experience. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The experience in the surgery was very good. The downside was waiting in the car on a cold and windy late afternoon for nearly 30 minutes before they were ready to see me. I had got a cancellation although my treatment wasn’t essential & Felt their time would have been better spent catching up on their day.

I was offered an emergency appointment as I had ? Broken a tooth for the Friday but I was offered an earlier one on the Tuesday which was brilliant,arriving at the practice covid rules were in place,on going in the dental nurse introduced herself and took all my medical details.I saw the dentist who explained what she was going to do and then repaired my tooth.Every one was very polite and the experience and treatment was exceptional.

I had reservations as to whether I would get a short notice appointment at the clinic due to the Covid restrictions - however … I had no problems at all with the reception ladies and was seen the same day. Absolutely first class service from the dentist, Mansour, and his assistant (sorry but didn’t get the lady’s name) - no complaints at all and an all round professional and prompt service. The dentist I see is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done. She has passed me on to her therapist (for fillings and hygiene) who I also have the utmost faith in. She too is thorough, skilled and explains everything. The assistants/nurses and receptionists are equally professional and pleasant.

My son and I attended Appleton Park Dental Clinic recently for a routine check-up. I cannot speak more highly of this practice. I have been a patient since I was a small child. The receptionists are unfailingly cheerful and kind. Dr Mistry and her wonderful dental nurse were outstanding. They were extremely efficient whilst being so courteous and ensuring all Covid protective measures were followed to keep us safe. We are grateful and lucky to have such a great dental team caring for our family. Thank you.

5 stars for the Dentist work, but only 1 star for the telephone system. It leaves a lot to be desired. You get to the front of the queue, then it just cuts you off and you have to ring again. 21 times it took until I got through. Shame as the Dentists and receptionists are great, but let down by the technology.

There was no offer of a follow up appointment. I will make another appointment but only with a different dentist at the practice.

Helpful, professional & fit you in quickly for emergencies. Had 2 procedures this week, one surgical & one a very deep filling. No discomfort or pain during the procedures or afterwards. A happy experience from someone who like many is slightly apprehensive of dental procedures!

Well thought out, and put into practice method of entry & departure into the surgery. 2 appointments 48 hours apart. First was 6 monthly check up and x-rays, second for Hygenist clean and polish. Dr Mistry (dentist) and Allison (Hygenist) are very professional and caring. I have used this dental practice for about 20 years and had no hesitation in taking out a fee paying dental plan now that NHS Dentistry is being terminated.

I went to get a dressing on 3 teeth, one of which was worse than the others. The reception and experience were fine. Unfortunately the dressing came off within a couple of days. I guess it was a difficult one to fix.

No complaints at all. If I had to nit-pick, I would much rather listen to classical light music, rather than what seems to be the norm nowadays wherever you go. however, I suspect that I am very much in the minority group.
