J. S.Fantastic service, Dentist Larissa and the Dental Nurses/Hygienists have provided dental care for myself and my relatives for many years and has always surpassed expectations. The support/administration staff are always on hand to offer help and support and offer advice also. Excellent practise.
B. J.My wife suffers from Parkinsons so the original appointment was made for a dentist on the first floor. So everyone was very accommodating and a check was done. On the follow up visit the care and kindness shown was exemplary, a credit to the practice
J. S.The dentist and hygienists are always very friendly and understanding. There is usually little to no wait time for appointments. This can be a scary and stressful situation and they are really great.

S. G.From walking into the practice to leaving it was all perfect. Stef took my x-ray and explained everything. Imran Asghar who took my tooth out was brilliant, didnt even feel the needle when he was numbing me up, tooth came out with no problems & ive had no pain or issues after. Lisa his nurse was lovely too, very professional & the surgery was very tidy. Very happy patient. Thank you so much.
C. L.Obviously not being able to go whilst Covid was at its worse was a pain but since getting back I can’t fault them. The lady on reception is very friendly, makes you feel very welcome and really good at her job. I booked a different dentist this time so me and my boys could be seen sooner and she’s very nice as well. She advised me on some work I could have done, didn’t force it on me, so certainly my choice. Took X-rays again as not been for so long.
All in all a very good dental practice.

P. W.They welcome me back to practice after year. They have put in place hand sanitizer at the door. Ask you sit on a chair not near other people. They Call your name I went in room to see the dentist she asked about changes to my teeth. On your way out at the desk the screen in place for your safety. Staff very friendly and careing when you have problem with your teeth. They do NHS patients and private care.
D. D.The last time I was with them, they told me they'd message me when my next appointment was and they didn't. Then they chucked me off the register for being inactive with them like...that's their fault??? Thanks...
C.I can't thank the girls on the reception desk enough, they helped me, more than they can ever know, during the lock down, I called for advice, as my husband had a badly infected tooth and none of the dentists were open, he was in agony and although he wasn't registered with my dentist, they advised me who to call and by 3pm, everything was sorted.
I think they are doing a briliant job, they went the extra mile and were so helpful, thank you so much for all your kindness and helpfulness.

S.Rude and unsympathetic receptionist. Wouldn’t be coming back only I’ve paid up front. Will be looking for an alternative dentist.
Edit: when I returned for my rescheduled appointment, the receptionist I'd first encountered wasn't there and the two ladies on reception plus the dentist and dental nurse were all lovely and restored my faith in this practice. I also got an apology for the what had happened on my first visit and their failings as a practice which was welcomed since the first receptionist was only interested in blaming me for what had happened.
