I'm so happy to find a place that have experience and polite staff. The receptionist are also awesome! I have always been happy with the advice the dentist give me, and how detailed they explain everything. I also bring my mother who is disabled, they organise my mother's appointments on the quiet days, making sure that there is parking available for us. Always there to hold the door open or help with any bags. I honestly have no complaints with this dentist!

Had my appointment with the oral hygienist Udita Patel. She is truly the best. Always makes me feel so comfortable when I’m there and does an amazing job. The dental assistant is also amazing. Can’t remember her name but whenever I go to the dentist she is there and has been apart of many procedures with me. The staff are so polite and thoughtful. Thanks Bupa Watford!

Great dental practice from start to finish. No long/overdue wait times, reception are very helpful, efficient and the service is superb. I have hygienist appointments with Udita Patel and all 3 times have been great. Udita and her team, whether it is Roxy or Monika take extra care and assistance, are very informative on what to do for better oral health and do a great job during the sessions. Big kudos to Udita, Roxy and Monika for their great tentative care, advice, reassurance and work over the past 3 times I have been there. Highly recommend!

I have always been phobic about the dentist and this has prevented me going . But today fear or no fear I had to go . i had a one hour appointment with Bushra and she did 3 fillings, I never felt any pain at all -Harriet was Bushra’s assistant and she also made feel so at ease . I was already pleased with this dentist but after today it has exceeded any expectations I might have had . Really brilliant service . Thank you Bushra and Harriet

Arrived in time. Had to complete forms that were a repeat of forms completed previously. Went to treatment room. Described the problem. Dentist took the appropriate action, filling. Final signing of forms then left. Not as if I am a new patient.

At last I can eat an apple! First filling by Dipti and Harriet went brilliantly. Very old metal (lead!) filling was leaking around the edges letting in acid directly to my nerve. A quick anesthetic jab ( didn't actual feel it go in), some caring drilling by Dipti with attentive help by Harriet then a topup with some filler and I was all done. I'm so sorry this is late but I refuse not to leave a review after the FABULOUS service I had. I had a hygienist clean and let me tell you that Udita and Harriet are actually wonderful!! If you have a Christmas tree they need to be the star at the top of it because they are Angels if I've ever seen. I was made comfortable and welcome (despite being slightly late). I had so much fun and my teeth afterwards!!!! You could not stop me smiling even if your tried. I refuse to have anyone else clean my teeth and to top it all off they gave me cute little toothpastes!! THANK YOU!!!!!

I have been attending this dental practice for over 8 years for 6-monthly check ups and hygienist appointments. I have always found the team, from Reception, to the hygienist Udita, the dental nurse Harriet and my dentist Ron, kind and caring. I can thoroughly recommend their dental services :)

After a couple of bad experiences I was looking for a good dentist who could help me with dental implants. I am very nervous and so was delighted to find that the dentist and all the staff at Bupa Dental Care Watford where extremely reassuring and kind. I would recommend them highly.

Prior to my experiences with Bupa Watford I had a very negative association with the dentist. From sub par treatment through to being spoken down to/being told off. As a result of this my desire to ever return to a dentist was severely lessened. Once I realised I needed to do something about my ongoing dental issues, I decided to bite the bullet (not literally, terrible for your teeth) and sign up to Bupa Watford. I appreciated the registration process, and even in the midst of the pandemic I was able to be seen quicker than I was expecting. From that first phone call right through some rather extensive treatment and multiple visits, I felt respected and appreciated. There was no hidden agenda, no information being withheld and as much clarity as one could want around treatment. I no longer have a fear of the dentist as a result of how well looked after I was by everyone at Bupa Watford. I couldn't recommend this practise highly enough. 5/5 without question.

Fantastic dentist Dipthi, almost hugged her, Covid was the only thing that stopped me. Nicky on reception is absolutely fabulous and always goes out of her way to do everything she can to help, following up after appointments to make sure I am ok and explaining everything really clearly to make sure I fully understand exactly what’s happened. And the root canal specialist Fayaz Rashid, I was just laughing through my root canal...something I really wasn’t expecting. Fabulous team and fabulous service, thank you!

My first visit to this practice through a recommendation and I found their dentist Dr Fayaz Rashid very informative and professional and he explained about the pros and cons about my treatment very well, unlike my regular dentist. I also found the practice staff very warm and inviting and noted that they had good COVID safety measures in place, so I felt safe. I will surely be seeing them in the future even though it’s further away from my locality.
