Would highly recommend. They are proactive at reminding us about reviews and their booking process from reception, online forms and text reminders are very effective. We see Zara and she is great with our kids, including our son with autism. The staff are all friendly and we are grateful for all they’ve done for us!

Been coming here for years and always had a positive experience. The ladies at reception are so lovely and welcoming. I was booked in yesterday and today with N.Rothburn and I must say that she is a great dentist, extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive. I will be trying to get all my appointments in with her.

I would highly recommend Watford Dental Practice. I have seen most of the dentists here and they are all amazing and all go out of their way to make sure you get the best care possible. I would like to especially thank Aftab and Zara who have both recently done treatment on my teeth. You cannot tell that my teeth have been restored they all look completely natural and white. Aftab and Zara were able to fit me in quickly at fairly short notice so that I could start my ortho treatment. Thanks for always being amazing :)

I’ve been coming to this Practice for over 20 years and have had the same Dentist all this time Mr Shah is fantastic always puts me at ease due to my health there has been times I’ve had to cancel at the last minute once the receptionist has spoken to Mr Shah who is very understanding a new appointment is made so I’m sure they don’t strike you off for medical reasons more like not turning up without an explanation I would always recommend this practice and of course Mr Shah

The experience I had here today was fantastic! My appointment was with Zara and she is first class. As soon as I arrived I felt incredibly comfortable and like I was being looked after by a true professional. Zara’s knowledge, passion and interpersonal skills truly make her one of the best in her field. I couldn’t recommend her enough. I left with a big smile on my face and that’s how you should feel after the dentist. Ready to show of those teeth 😀

I highly recommend this practice. It was my first choice when I moved to Watford as it came recommended from friends, and they have not let me down. I’ve been a patient for over 2 years and they have never failed to see me when needed. I recently had a crown fit, by Zara, who is an incredible dentist and a credit to the practice. Great Team and Dental Practice :-) I suffered from dentophobia since my childhood, but I no longer do. Amazing team helped me to overcome my fear. All members of staff are very friendly and patient, always there for their patients and their needs. Lovely reception staff welcomes you with a smile and clinical staff are just as lovely. Everything runs smoothly. The practice is clean and everyone there is so professional and accommodating. I cannot recommend this place high enough. Great management! Keep up the great work :-)

Over the past few months I have had several appointments and I have to begin by saying a huge personal vote of thanks to the Watford Dental Practice - as they are front line workers who deserve this acknowledgement and our appreciation. All the staff are professional, considerate and caring and I highly recommend them. The dentist environment is clean, modern and has a welcoming feel and patients are given advice on dentistry and this is all given in a constructive manner. We all know how difficult it has been since March 2020 and we all know that during lockdown many people have had problems with their teeth. I was amazed as to how easy it was to set up appointments to suit my working hours. Where as some people I know cannot access a dentist in their area. So I feel incredibly fortunate to have seen a dentist and a hygienist. Thank you to all the staff at Watford Dental Service for everything you do and for your dedication to our heath and well-being. Watford Dental Practice are really helpful, if they’re not to busy the reception team will find time to have a chat and Carol is fantastic with people with mental health disability’s, she keeps you calm and try’s to help you in any way she can. The Dentist’s are fantastic and really accommodating to your needs have never had a bad word to say about them and recommend them to family and friends all the time. Keep up the great work team. 👍

Zara was very gentle and kind to me, explaining what was going on. Definitely THE best dental practice l've ever been too! All staff are very warm, friendly and knowledgable, including receptionists and nurses. I've been seing Miss Zara Kaleem for couple of years now and cannot recommend her enough!! She did an amazing job saving my tooth. I really appreciated that I was informed about every step during my root canal treatment and that she made me feel relaxed during the procedure. I would also like to recommend Mrs Gek Choo Lim-Holmes who is very skilled and thorough hygienist. Don't hesitate to call for appointment.

Watford dental practice have been our family dentist since it started. The service i get everytime I attend is second to none both from the customer facing staff to the clinical staff. Even with the very difficult challenges they face with Covid-19 protocols, We have always been dealt with professionally so I can only commend them to any prospective clients.

I recently removed my wisdom tooth (being referred by another practice) and I am more than pleased to say that even though I was kind of scared of the procedure, the doctor and his assistant made the whole experience lovely by removing any stress I had. They were 100% professional, starting from telling me the next step of each move to even completely remove small fragments of tooth being stuck. I felt no pain at all, it lasted for a short time, no side effects of the surgery plus the reception woman was so friendly. I would totally recommend this to anyone. Once again, thanks a lot.

Carole and Masie at reception are so friendly and welcoming. Nice to see a happy face as you walk into a dentist as it can be daunting knowing you are having treatment. Nicole has to be one of the nicest, caring, polite and patient dentist I have come across. I came in for a filling and she explained everything to me before starting and also during the procedure she was keeping me informed. Anyone who is nervous of visiting the dentist, I would recommend Nicole. She is an absolute credit to the dental practice.

Had to have retainers fitted and was seen by Dr Nicole. What is usually an unpleasant and quite invasive experience, went past in an instant. Dr Nicole made me feel at ease and calm throughout, reassuring me and explaining her actions during the process. Having had previously negative experiences with Dental practices, I was nervous when coming here for the first time. Right from the outset, the reception team put me at ease. They were very friendly, made me feel comfortable and able to ask lots of questions. The dentist was the best I have ever experienced. Her relaxed welcoming approach was so refreshing and she took time to explain to me everything about the treatment I needed, why I needed it and gave me all the different options. I cannot praise enough, the clinic is clean and the staff very helpful. I have just completed my treatment which i had to have over several appointments. As an extremely nervous patient i am sure i have not made things easy but Miss Kaleem has been nothing but kind and patient with me throughout the whole procedure. Emergency NHS - the best experience by far... Have called at 9am this morning, 06/07/18 to get an emergency appointment just to be told they will take my details and will call me back within an hour as they have a priority for their patients (me being non patient), yet I had hopes. The lovely receptionist CALLED ME BACK within an hour to confirm my booking for an hour later (BRILLIANT)and they have taken my details over the phone so all I had to do when arrived just to sign the form. I was so HAPPY to be seen so fast. Got in & was served in a professional manner. Was seen within 7 minutes of arriving (have arrived at exact appointment time my own fault). The dentist was brilliant and knew straight away how to help me. No one likes to spend money but this practice at least doesn't overcharge you for the service received. Just to summaries it : What a perfect experience I HAD and my tooth looks brilliant again. Thank you so much. I will be visiting Watford Dental Practice any time I or my family/friends have an emergency etc. Have already shared my experience with family and colleagues.

I recommend this practice unreservedly, having been a patient here for over 20 years. My main dentist Dr Manish Patel has seen me through all kinds of problems, always dealing with them with the utmost competence and professionalism. He is always keen to give good preventive advice, as well. If you come late he will try to make time to see you. I am lucky to have had him as my dentist. The hygienist Choo is also excellent. The reception staff are always friendly and courteous.

I could not recommend this practice enough. I just finished my almost 2-year-long orthodontic treatment and could not be happier with the results and overall experience. Despite bumping into some challenges throughout the treatment with a couple of teeth not wanting to move into place, it was always a relief to have Dr Patel’s reassurance that he would do as much work as necessary until I felt comfortable with the results. Although it’s been a long and at times tedious journey, I’ve always felt well looked after by the whole team, who would even allow me to stay in the patients’ waiting area way before the practice’s opening time prior to my appointments.
