After pandemic, have been a while since I seen a dentist. I was so nervous before my first visit, but so nicely surprised. The new receptionist is so nice and helpful ❤️ Andreea (nurse) and Mahmoud (dentist) are so lovely, make the all experience so smooth and painless. Got a lot of advice and just want to say a big thank you for an amazing service ❤️ definitely would recommend to all my friends and family.

The staff at reception are friendly and welcoming. I was on time for my appointment, I was glad to see that I did not have to wait long to be seen by the dentist. I was seen by Mahmoud and Andrea, they were friendly and welcoming, I was nervous at first before going in, but I was much comfortable after going in and was advised the best options for me. I am looking forward to going in again soon!

Our whole family is treated by perfect smile. I started coming here five years ago. I hadn't been to the dentist for a long time and was very anxious, but the team are fantastic and Dawn the receptionist makes everyone feel so welcome that I am no longer scared to go to the dentist!

Update 4: surgery has registered me as NHS and had first appointment. Update 3: surgery booked NHS checkup with me via my wife (rest of family is registered as NHS patients with them). I phoned back to double check as not NHS registered, and they confirmed again. After the appointment was told a mistake been made. Anyway I have now asked to be placed on 12-18 month waiting list. I know it's not their fault NHS funding is low, but their admin is terrible and there are possible privacy issues (how do they have my details). Update 2: Rebooked appointment was again cancelled, this time informed. New appointment arranged for a month later, which actually went ahead. 4-5 appointments all cancelled over two years. Perfect Smile said they are working with only 60% of their appointments over COVID. However does not make sense to cancel all ours. My wife had to go private, costing over £3k, partly due to NHS appointments cancelled by Perfect Smile. Due to the appointment being rebooked I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Update: Perfect Smile have been in contact in response to my review, rebooked appointments for next week, promised to phone if cancelled again. Will update my review again if fourth set of appointments not cancelled or notice given. ++++++++ Cancelled wife and family's appointments 3 times without informing us. Definitely have correct contact details, so sloppy admin.

I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Perfect Smile! After recently having a procedure carried out i can honestly say I've never been so pleased! Nina, Dawn and the whole team are amazing and very attentive and professional throughout the experience including aftercare. Its nice to find a dentist that genuinely cares and not just about the balance at the end. Cant recommend Perfect Smile enough! Amazing from start to finish! Thank you all so much ❤

From start to finish most pleasant easy to talk to. Mahmoud (dentist)explained the procedure whats happening when he was doing it and what the treatment was. Andreea the dental nurse most friendly helpful and kind . Dawn the front of house very very friendly no question was too much , very accommodating The best dentist in Woking in my view and very happy to go back.

Always a positive experience. Receptionist is so helpful and friendly, I'm genuinely baffled by the complaints. She's probably the most personable receptionist I've ever encountered! Dentist is very helpful, very kind, even with nervous patients... we've actually moved from Woking but have stayed with the practice as we are so happy with the service.

I had not been to the dentist in years, so was pretty nervous about it. I can honestly say that this has been the best dentist experience I have EVER had, the receptionist managed to fit me in as a new patient within a week. The dentist didn't try and sell me treatment I didn't need, I was after a new cap on my front tooth but the dentist said she could file it down a bit, rather than selling me a new cap which could have caused potential problems and cost a good few hundred pounds, I am over the moon with the outcome and will make sure I go more regularly now. Thankyou so much. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Best dentist I have ever been too and I’ve had a lot of dental work done in my life. Had a hygienist appointment and a filling. Both appointments could not feel a thing. Chloe was very good and got me a filling with zero pain or discomfort. No more fear of dentists after visiting here. The receptionist is always friendly and try’s her best fit you in even on a short notice. Thank you!

Very pleasant experience for an initial checkup & filling. The dentist was reassuring & gentle, while explaining the full process he was undertaking throughout. I'm not a great fan of needles but Dr Stokes put me entirely at ease & made sure I was ok at regular points during the procedure. The receptionist was also lovely & very welcoming. Would highly reccomend!

Crikeys i'm quite shocked at some of the reviews on here regarding the receptionist. I've been there when she has had some really horrid clients and she has kept her calm and been nice to them. She always answers the phone with kindness and does her best to fit people in and calm people. So can only assume they were particularly horrid to her for her to act in the way they described. My experience with the dentist has been great, I hadn't been for years but she never once made me feel bad. Just did the jobs that needed doing. I've been going regularly now as my fear of the dentist has been removed with them.

Amazing surgery and brilliant with children. They are all vary friendly. Only one problem I'd say is when you call to make an appointment, cancel or ask for advice etc you do end up waiting for a long amount of time sometimes resulting in the call going to an answering machine. I have phoned every day for the past week and spent about an hour each time trying to get through and end up with the answering machine. My son needs an appointment asap due to getting an abscess yet again in his dads care and needs the baby tooth pulled to prevent further problems and pain. (Adult tooth coming up at an angle)
