A standard visit to this Dental Surgery. Booking system was good, arrival good, Dentist and Dental Nurse happy and welcoming. Examination went well - listened to my concerns, gave advice requested. Took x-rays to confirm examination, and polished my teeth. All professional while making me feel it was a personal approach. All I would hope for from a regular check up.

I have been a patient at the Centre for at least 15 years and throughout this time I have received consistently excellent care. Since 2014 I have seen Dr. Patel, who takes time to explain X rays taken & the treatment needed. Dr. Patel advises that the practice should be speedily informed, in the case of a broken tooth, to prevent deterioration taking place. The Centre is a pleasant and welcoming environment in which to receive treatment, and is covid safe.

The dentist couldn't have been more attentive: he asked if I would like a break at regular intervals; he explained what work he was doing at every stage, the fillings he did were superbly done and finished with a refreshing polish. One of the best, if not the best, dentist I've ever been to and I'm 77.

I've been attending this dentists for over 15 years and whoever I have had as my own dentist has been exemplary. I've had Danni Sharma for years and she is kind and considerate to her patient's needs and explains what is happening. Injections are not as painful as you fear they might be as she does them in a gentle way. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Tip - remember to attend your appointments as if you are a NHS patient and lapse your attendances, you will have difficulty getting back on to the NHS patient waiting list! You're not going to find a better dentist than this one so make sure you visit them!

I’ve been there with my son couple of time. The staff is so so nice, the doctor and the nurse were very caring, been also very surprised that they remembered us after our install visit. It is hard for me to remember names and situations and would’ve thought as they have so many patient’s every day that would be hard to remember us or my son. I contacted Synergy Parkside in need of an emergency appointment (very tricky to get an NHS appointment in my area) after cracking a molar. I'm quite a nervous dental patient, but right from my first meeting with Dr Jaymish Patel I felt immediately calmer and I knew that I was in good hands. Two further appointments to prepare and fit (before Christmas 2020) a new onset crown later, I'm really happy with the result and will be returning again for regular check-ups. Highly recommended.
