Really good dentist. However, being a new patient there, things could've been explained better in regards to the first appointment pricing. I ended up paying over double when I was led to believe the clean and polish was only a small sum extra. It's unfortunately left me short now this month, as I would've happily booked for another appointment the following month had I been advised more clearly on their information provided.

I'm a extremely nervous person when it comes to dentists due to past experiences else where. I emailed denora to start with to explain what my problem was and very soon after I had a call back to explain initial costs and how things work with them from the dental nurse. I booked in with them for a first appointment to see what could be done. From time of arriving I was greeted with care and understanding. All options were explained to me and course of action agreed. Worked started the following week, which included injections, by far my worst fear. The team kept talking to me and worked at my pace. They even turned the music up to try and take my mind off things(it did help a little). I'm currently a little over halfway through my treatment plan and every time I go I feel a little less anxious and stressed because of the team there. You definitely get what you pay for with them, but for me it's also about how I've been made to feel. Thankyou for a great job so far guys.

Where do I begin when I speak about Amit Pandey? I suffered from very poor teeth all of my life and hated going to dentists. I was terrified. Last year, after many years of what I thought was careful consideration, I had all of my teeth pulled. No one warned me about what to expect - it was awful. It was incredibly painful and the dentures were very unsatisfactory. If you like walking around with plastic in your mouth then you would be okay. I was crushed and thought I would become a hermit. I was seeing my dentist in Kidderminster and she knew that I was very unhappy with the dentures. She told me about the option of dental implants. The basics were explained and I was very intrigued. So I made an appointment and met with Amit in Worcester. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. He took his time to carefully explain every detail to me and my husband, who also had plenty of questions. Amit was in no hurry to get started as I was still in the healing phase. He explained that it would also take some time for the titanium implants to fully heal and to effectively become a part of my body. He took his time in caring for me and always answered any questions or concerns. Patience is something he has an abundance of. His office staff are also lovely. You couldn't ask for a friendlier group of caring people anywhere. This was still going on during the start of the Covid pandemic. I received plenty of calls from his office rescheduling my appointments. Jackie was always so cheerful and optimistic when she phoned me and Amit’s lovely assistant Anna was always very encouraging. The day I received my implants was a day of tears and joy. I had been through such a lot with Amit and his office staff, they were always there for me, cheering me on and helping me get through this. I am so happy that I had this work done. I could never have lived happily with regular dentures, these dentures lock firmly into the implants and fit like a glove. You never have to worry about them working loose or falling out while you are eating. I am so thankful for being confident about smiling again and the fact that I will be seeing Amit and for years to come, he is such a lovely person.

Highly recommend and very affordable! After looking for a dentist to adjust my bite for my veneers I’d just had fitted in Turkey, I finally visited Denora. Another private dental clinic had told me I’d need new veneers which would be extremely expensive. Then Amit said don’t worry it’s easily altered and he polished mine into the correct shape. Reviewing on my partners account, my account wont show for some reason; Can't recommend Denora enough, 3 months ago I had my 2 front teeth broken badly, due to a collision with my 4 year old's head. They saw me within hours and put some temporary teeth on and gave me a clear plan for a permanent solution. 3 months on, I now have had my permanent crowns and root canals completed, and they look amazing. Amit is a brilliant dentist, so friendly and calming. Thank you for giving me back my smile and confidence.

I have just completed a dental implant course and should like to thank Amit Pandey and his team for a first class service. I was undecided as to which option to adopt following the failure of an historic root canal filling which resulted in an extraction. My dentist referred me to Amit who explained the pros and cons open to me but allowed me to decide the next course of action, with no pressure whatsoever from him. Having decided to go for an implant Amit took me through the process involved along with a breakdown of the fees which are spread over several appointments. At each stage of the procedure Amit explained exactly what to expect, answered any queries and reassured me. I experienced no pain whatsoever and only mild discomfort. The whole process took approximately 6 months with a final follow up appointment 6 months later. I am delighted with the result. It looks and feels like a healthy tooth should.

I started the search for private dental care after having always had work by previous NHS dentists. After the need for extensive dental work and the desire for cosmetic improvements only a private clinic can offer, I decided to join with Denora because of their wide range of advanced treatments available and locality. The pricing was fixed and despite many extra appointments had to be made with no cost additional cost. Denora were forthcoming and transparent with my treatment and have offered a lot of after, preventative advice and care. I have since moved to the US and upon seeing my new dentist and orthodondist, they have both commented on the excellent work carried out by Denora which speaks volumes.
