What an amazing clinic! I've been going here at the Worthing clinic for about 18 months and have had most types of treatments from check ups, hygienist, extraction, filling, whitening and a very long course of implants, it's just the nature of it. I could not recommend this clinic and all the people any higher, everyone is so professional, careful, kind, patient with me, responsive, it's amazing. And this is aside from the exceptionally clean and brand new environment and equipment! All my appointments are emailed to me, then, a couple of days before the appointment I get an email reminder. Then, they call the day before the appointment to make sure I'm still coming. Then, after the appointment, if I've had a more major procedure, they call to ask how I'm feeling. There is also the option to fill out all the medical forms online which is so much better than sitting there with a clipboard and pen writing it all out before the appointment. 100/10 recommended for any treatment! Thank you so much! 😊

Just had my first implant completed by Dr. Heidi Marrero Vila, and I have to say, it was a great experience from start to finish. This is a very impressive, professional operation - why can't all dentists be like this ? I was a little apprehensive at the start, as this was all very new, but I needn't have worried. Fantastic level of care , 100% recommended - and my new tooth looks and feels great !

Last week I came in for a hygienist appointment with Saloni and Viktoria. It was far and away the best treatment I have experienced with no pain or discomfort whatsoever and leaving with super clean and whiter teeth. Thank-you to both of you for your professionalism and kindness.

a good experience from start to finish. the reception staff were smiling and helpful, and the 2 nurses (Joanna & Bolor) were efficient and helpful. the dentist, Vanderlay, explained my situation and the procedure to me before doing the work that needed to be done, asking if there was any discomfort and talking me through the next steps as we went. booking the next appointment was easy, and i got a confirmation email by the time i left the building

Just completed the second appointment of my implant which was a procedure l was a little reluctant to have carried out but Dr Heidy Marrero & her colleague have been amazing, putting me at complete ease. They work in total sync together like a well oiled machine, would definitely recommend them.

I have had two implants done at the Worthing clinic by Dr Heidy Marrero which I am very pleased with. I have now booked for two more to be done to complete the treatment. Heidy and her team are highly professional and I would recommend them to anyone. The reception team are extremely polite and helpful. Great experience! The dentist always takes his time to explain and make sure I understand everything. I feel I am involved in the process and I am very happy with the work done so far. I just saw the hygienist this week and as always the service was the best I could ask for. The team in general is very welcoming. I am currently receiving implant treatment at Brighton Implant centre at there Worthing Branch . Dr Heidi and her team have carried out each procedure and treatment so far with professionalism & expertise &at an extremely competitive price .I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wishing to have any Dental work or implants carried out .

Visited this clinic three times in the past year and never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and the dental work is top notch. Very clean establishment and professional staff. I recommend this place to everyone I know and my first choice whenever I need dental work. The only issue is it is highly recommended that you book your appointment as soon as possible since there is usually at least one week waiting list. Another note is that the staff provided excellent support after my recent cleaning service. Dentist's direct email address was provided on the paperwork and I was very surprised by the immediate response when I had emailed some questions over the weekend.

I can not comment on the quality of the dental work of this practice but after reading some 1 star reviews people had left based on their experience of the reception staff, I find it only fair to share my interaction with them. My usual dentist is NHS and they were unable to do an urgent tooth extraction so they had referred me to a more capable dentist. However they were unable to give me any details other than the address for brighton implant clinic. After searching the address and discovering it was brighton implant clinic, I called them to see if they could provide me any more information. The receptionist was very useful and explained they rented their premises to an nhs clinic and they gave me the number to contact them and arrange my procedure. You would think my dentist would know who they refer people to but apparently not... anyway I am extremely grateful to this practice for helping me despite not being one of their patients. The best dentist I have ever been to! I am a nervous patient and hadn't been to a dentist for 17 years. This is an AMAZING dentist to visit. The reception area is like that of a 5 star hotel, the staff all super friendly as are the dentists. The facilities are state of the art in an immaculate huge claustrophobic free area. I felt no pain at all and the prices are extremely competitive. I will return on a regular basis now and would recommend you give this a try!

I’ve been a patient of this clinic for over two years now and the service and quality of work has been outstanding . I’ve had a lot of work done hygienist appointments, a couple of fillings,a crown on an upper molar,replacement of a front tooth veneer and 4 implants placed and I couldn’t be happier with the all the outcomes.Thank you Dr Heidi ,Dr Jasmine,the hygienist lady who’s very thorough ,Maria and all dental nurses and receptionists who’ve been always friendly and ever so helpful. I went to the BIC Worthing for the orthodontic assessment and I am very pleased with the orthodontist Dr CECILIA. I would recommend this practice they did a great job. Saff in the Reception was very friendly. WELL DONE to everyone who works there.
