Working out of area for a while but managed to give me an appointment during the short few days I had available. Always thorough check up, clean/scale done and discussion about dental routine and advice on use of brushes etc. Clean, kind and helpful staff. Recommend them highly.

A first class example of everything modern dentistry should be. My family have been looked after here for many years and never had a negative experience. As a 40 year old who possibly over looked best practises with regard for caring for my teeth as a teenager, I’ve had my fair share of dental appointments and I can honestly say that Jonathan and his excellent team always make you feel at ease and welcome. Jonathan takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure that you are comfortable at all times. Very friendly, relaxed and professional.

Had an issue with a late appointment which was disappointing as I have been going to Bupa Worthing for years but the practice manager Jonathan was very quick to respond and rectify the problem for me. Great customer service from the team and appointment was rescheduled immediately.

I went into this practice this morning , they were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable , they took the time, to talk me through my treatment so I understood the time frames and the work the was being done. I wanted some cosmetic work done before the weekend and they had nothing free, as soon as an appointment was cancelled they sorted me a spot out on the day ! A staff member by the name of Debbie went above and beyond to get my appointment slot. Very happy ! Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic service from this dentist. Had an emergency appointment over Christmas due to tooth ache. Needed the tooth removed. Jennifer and Hannah were fantastic I found the experience very uncomfortable and they were great in calming me down helping me breathe through the procedure. I was lucky and able to get a emergency appointment for awful tooth pain. The lovely receptionist Debbie called me back after I had left a voice mail and gave me other numbers to try incase they couldn't fit me in. When I did arrive everyone was so friendly and sympathetic. Highly recommend. :)

After having been to various dental establishments over the past 30+ years this is truly the best by far. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I hadn’t been advised to see a hygienist for many years but after my first visit last week the dentist suggested I see the one on the premises. She was fantastic and the amount of bits that came out my mouth made me feel embarrassed. Fantastic value for money too. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

This is the best dentist I have ever been too. I have had 2 fillings done, a hygienist, and just finished a root canal. I have been informed every step of the way, extremely nice, non judgemental, and made me feel calm. But also gave me alot more information than I have had from other dentists. I believe katrin did my dental work, with Emma, both lovely people. I can't recall the other staff, but just a great place to go. I use Bupa essentials, it's more costly than NHS, but cheaper than private care. Thankyou.
