Since I had teeth straightening treatment done here, I visited the clinic frequently for around 16 months. I am quite pleased with the outcomes, the level of service I had from beginning to end (from the appointment to the treatment), and the staff's professionalism and warmth. An amazing dentist who took excellent care of me deserves special recognition. They always made sure that my problems were heard with sympathetic ears and addressed with expert hands, at every step of the way. Th practice set a high standard and gave me reasons to anticipate my visits. My most positive dental experience to date.

Excellent experience right away. When I initially stepped into the clinic, I thought it was absolutely spotless and well-designed. The entire team was outstanding. My appointment was scheduled over the phone by a helpful staff member with experience. I was welcomed at the office by a receptionist who was exceedingly welcoming, gracious, impressive, and accommodating. Dr. Mostofi saw me and immediately made me feel at ease. He was fantastic; he was kind, considerate, reliable, and sorry. He also explained everything clearly, involved me in the decision-making process, and completely and sincerely informed me about my treatment options.

When I need an emergency appointment, they always offer me one, generally the same day. My mother was treated by Dr. Mostofi, and she has never been happier. I had a hole in my wisdom teeth, and after hearing from a few dentist practices that they would not be able to fix it without surgery, I was forced to join a waiting list. Due to Covid, I am aware that there is a major backlog, but because of my excruciating pain, I didn't want to be added to four months waiting list. As a result, I looked into this clinic. A week or so later, I was given a consultation, and Dr. Mostofi made the removal of my wisdom tooth happen very quickly. I want to express my gratitude to him and his team for their exceptional and welcoming service.

I broke a tooth on my denture and within an hour of calling I had an appointment with Dr Mostofi! He made an excellent repair of the broken tooth by adding a piece from stock. There was no evidence of the join and the colour match was perfect. At a very reasonable cost, I'm delighted with the result.

I went for my first consultation about 6 months ago with the hopes to get my teeth straightened. I expected it to take a few months but in the end I went for 4 crowns with teeth whitening which have fixed everything I hated about my teeth in such a short time period! I’m way happier with my teeth, even more than I could have imagined, and he made me feel super comfortable the whole time. I was a NHS patient and joined this practice a few years ago. I had multiple issues with a tooth ,and the dentist(Dr Mostofi) gave me a few options. The treatment was very good and treatment charges were reasonable. Pros: Very good experience getting dental check up and dental hygien, clean dental surgery, located in town center, dentist was fantastic- very effective(took xrays) and communicative (explained xrays to me). The practice web site is very good and gives detailed information about the prices and treatments, Affordable prices. Cons: No evening appointments

I have been to several dentists in my time. This has been my best. I had several options guven to me. Sadly i have had a few extractions. This was by a long margin the most pain free. At first i did not believe. Highly recomended. This maybe a small practice but the best i have been to anywhere in the world

You can call me an experienced patient. For many years, I have been attending dental practices and received various treatments, which has given me a good understanding of dentistry. I had a loose lower denture, which was rubbing against my gum and I was unable to chew food properly, while having a meal out(lets's not talk about popping dentures out at the restaurants!!). However, I visited Provident dental surgery and there it was suggested I have implants and an attachment between the denture and implant. The treatment took a few months, but I am amazed by the end result. This attachment is amazing and my denture is no longer loose. The fabulous thing is that the attachment can be adjusted to my needs, it can be adapted to become firm, medium or loose. In my opinion, dentistry has come a long way, due to use of dental implants.

WONDERFUL ! He is well worth the drive from Horsham. I took both my daughters here to see Dr Mostofi. He was very friendly that they simply jumped into the dentists treatment chair. Every step of the treatment was explained and I was made to feel at ease ( He recently pulled two teeth of my daughter and his only concern was to freak her out or force her (She is a drama queen). Dr Mostofi took his time and went at her pace and every step of the treatment was explained which made me to feel at ease. Simply AMAZING; Needs six stars.

They helped me overcome my fear of the dental work which had developed from being a young child and I now am on the road to recovery with teeth and a smile that are getting better with each day.I was given a mouth guard and sports guard (because I was teeth grinding in my sleep) due to the stresses of life!! as you know. But the mouth guard and sports guard works very well and has been made for me. Couldn't ask for more as its saving my teeth and bite.
