I have attended the surgery for over 27 years my appointments have been every 3 months, l have always had such a professional service with great communication with my dentist hygienist Molly and dental staff. Can certainly recommend without a shadow of a doubt. Well done all

After researching and calling various dentists this one stood out for me. The lady I spoke to was very professional but also friendly and listened to me. I've had problems with other dental practices in the past and finding a trustworthy place was imperative. Everything about joining the practice was explained clearly and concisely. The appointment itself was very good the dentist was the best I've seen and I felt I was listened to and he was very honest and again everything was explained perfectly. Going forward I will only be seeing Dr Tirca. 5 star experience ..a trustworthy dental practice.

My wife and I registered with this practice a few months ago. The quality of care we have received is second to none. Dr Guest, our dentist gave us our check ups and no treatment was needed. Our dental plan allows us two visits to the hygienist per year. This is a very thorough procedure and I was also given plenty of advice - more information about maintaining my teeth than I had ever received before. We are so glad to have found this practice, friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient.

I called in as I was passing, at 10 am having had toothache for a few days and was told there was an appointment available at 2.30 that day. Turned out I had broken part of a tooth. I received an X-ray and filling and was made to feel at ease the whole time by Mr. Guest.

I attended the practice for dental implants which look amazing and feel so natural. Mr Guest was lovely, very calming and professional. I’m extremely nervous when attending the dentist, but Mr Guest explained every step of the procedure without trying to rush me. He took time to listen and allowed me time to calm myself.

I was referred to this dental surgery after a root canal had gone wrong which resulted in me needing an apicectomy. Unfortunately the tooth had discoloured quite considerably and once the infection has settled I went through of course of tooth whitening and the tooth now looks back to normal. Phil was fantastic from start to finish and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough for saving the tooth.

Friendly staff and helpful. Would prefer reminders more than a week in advance of appointment as can rarely make appointments given with such short notice as a working parent. Would also like treatment costs to be more clear as part of the payment plan and the focus on dentistry rather than trying to be sold the other health options introduced.

I have been a patient of this dental practice for many years now and have always been impressed with the service but Dr guest took patient care to another level 6weeks ago asking about a mark on my face he hadn't noticed before and asked if he could refer me to my doctors, it turned out to be skin cancer which I have had 2 operations on and told that I was very lucky it was caught so early and for this I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr guest and his team from the whole Tinney family.

At 8.40am my wife lost part of a tooth whilst eating breakfast. Luckily my wife did not swallow the tooth so when I phoned the surgery at 9.15am that day and told them this we were invited to come in at 10.30am and Mr Guest re-fitted her tooth there and then in his usual effecient and very pleasent manner. Have been going to Gwersyllt for years now, never had a complaint. I had an appointment yesterday for a filling. As usual the whole procedure was pain free! Mr Ali did a great job and kept me informed of what he was doing all the time. I will admit to being a little apprehensive going to a new dentist after having Phillip there for all these years, but no worries, it still the same but different! Still a happy customer.
