C. D.I had an emergency appointment with Alpha Dental Care as I don't have a dentist. I am one of those people scared of the dentist and they made my experience a good one from the Receptionist to Medical Staff they were friendly and welcoming and reassuring. Thank You
J. D.I’d just like to say how amazed I’ve been with the level of service provided by the team at Alpha Dental Care in Kirkbymoorside. Everyone who I have spoken to has been so helpful, having been struck off for no good reason by Red Lea in Easingwold and being left with a crumbling temporary filling in a tooth that needed extracting and another that needed extracting, I luckily got put in touch with Alpha through NHS 111 and thank god I did! I’m terrible with needles and this was noted on my first appointment, on my second appointment which was today for the actual extraction, everything was explained brilliantly clearly to me and very reassuringly, Dr Stuart Reading was brilliant! He was patient, as like I say I am terrible with needles and after the local anaesthetic I had to have a break because I was feeling faint and sick and he made me feel so at ease about that and talked me through everything in simple to understand terms and just cracked on with the job at hand and at the same time had a laugh to make sure I felt comfortable. I instantly felt comfortable and have happily joined the 800 strong person waiting list if it means being able to deal with the amazing team here. Thank you everyone who I dealt with at Alpha Dental Care Kirkbymoorside!

L. M.Wow what an amazing place. Im not a registered patient but was seen this week as an emergency. Had terrible tooth pain since march and they removed it for me. Still recovering and almost pain free. I was very concerned and very nervous due to anxiety ect not just because of the current situation but also my fear of dentists and leaving the house. All staff there are amazing felt safe and they are very caring made me feel at ease. I truely cannot thank them enough just wish i could become a permanent patient. I highly recommend this dentist. Amazing place.
J. M.Joined as an NHS patient just over a year ago. Really helpful and welcoming. Contacted them today when a filling dropped out expecting I might have problems due to Covid 19 issues. They were excellent. Added me to a list for treatment as soon as they are back to normal. Meanwhile invited me to come in the same day to pick up a temporary filling. No charge! Just a request to make a charitable donation. Great. Thank you.
J. O.Cannot rate this dental surgery highly enough. They are very professional yet friendly, rarely in waiting room for more than 5 minutes and treatment is of very high standard. Ms Boardman is especially understanding of unfounded anxieties about dental treatments, endlessly patient, explains everything and works with real enthusiasm and interest always putting her patients first.

B. M.Cant thank this dentist enough, they went out of their way to help when my wife was suffering with bad toothache and she wasnt even a patient there, she is now though! They also made her feel at ease and calmed her nerves. highly recommended.
